Bila dah tak aktif metabolism pun turun.
Kalau tak jaga calories intake memang naik ler.
Unless orang yg memang naturally skinny.

Btw kenaoa nak stop workout ye?
Kalau tak seaktif masa muda pun sekurang2nya regular light exercise pun cukup dah, eg walking, yoga.
Tengok orang cina tua2 pun masih rajin taichi.

Perangkap orang yang rajin exercise pulak, hanya sebab kita rajin exercise kita tak jaga makan. Sebab kita ingat oh aku workout so aku makan banyak pun tak pe, nanti bakar balik kalori tu.
Padahal kadar intensity exercise tu tak cukup untuk bakar kalori dari apa yg kita makan tu.
jalan kaki 30 minit lepas tu makan biryani sepinggan siap pakej teh tarik mana nak turun berat badan.
