   sayer xgi swimming...sayer gi gym jer...2 pun skrg agak jarang gi sbb membe asyik bizi manjang...nak gi sensorang, tahan sejam jer...pastu dah boring...nak kurus tapi malas....camner???

pemakanan aikah ni baru start ke atau dah start masa awal bulan ari tu? sebabnya kalau ikutkan u punya pemakanan dah ok & u should start losing weight.. maybe klu nak adjust pun maybe sarapan kat opis tu, instead milo, campur soya atau susu dgn oat. itu lebih baik sebab soya / susu tu protein, milo tu mcm karbo simple.

mcmn dgn dinner? ke tak makan malam?

    tq din..

bukan setiap hari hingga akhir bulan  menu yg sama..ada masa berubah...tapi qualityquantity tetap sama..i corak kan mana yg patut ditambah & dikurang...yg pasti corak permakanan thread itu yg utama...i tak gemar mkn fast food...jarang2 ambil..

i sampai rumah lambat,hampir 8mlm,tu selepas balik dari jogging,tpt gym atau ada keja di ofis..i pastikan ambil skit mknan mcm biscuit..& semlm baru mula ambil protein...

few month i baru berjinak2 dgn jogging & gym yg terbaru..
