dulu pernah attend ceramah kesihatan kevin zahri. kz kata kita tgh diet dan teringin nak makan kacang, jumlah kacang tu ikut jari kita macam kita buat tanda peace makan untuk merasa nikmat hidup bukan makan sebalang
