Gunners ready for Boruc swoop
Arsenal are ready to step up their interest in Celtic goalkeeper Artur Boruc after he revealed he wants out of Parkhead.
Gunners boss Arsene Wenger is keen to draft in a new goalkeeper next summer as Jens Lehmann looks certain to return to Germany and Boruc is known to be a top target.

McLintock: Injuries won't derail Arsenal

Former Arsenal captain Frank McLintock insists the Gunners' Premiership campaign hasn't been derailed by injury. McLintock told the Daily Express: "It's a good argument - the wheels have come off the bus slightly. But I don't actually think so, I don't think they have hit a wall. With such a young team, to do as well as they have done, is unbelievable really, they are fighting above their weight. "They've surprised me this season, they've improved so much, as well as playing the football we all love to see. "Their team spirit and organisation are good and they've fought against people who are maybe physically stronger and battled them much better than last year. "I'm very confident that if they've got a reasonably full squad, they're going to do exceptionally well - and they'll come back against Chelsea." |

Lehmann In Goal; Van Persie & Diaby Set For Arsenal Against Steaua Bucharest
Germany keeper Jens Lehmann will be in guarding the goal for Arsenal, who are also boosted by return to fitness of striker Robin van Persie and midfielder Abou Diaby, for Wednesday night抯 Champions League clash against Steaua Bucharest at the Emirates Stadium. Lehmann has spent his time out on the bench since the Gunners opportunity was grabbed with both hands by Manuel Almunia. The 38-year-old now gets his chance back to impress Wenger after earlier this season having lost his starting place due to the combination of poor form and injury problems.
Van Persie meanwhile had been on the sidelines for around two months after picking up a knee injury during international duty with the Netherlands.
