Ada sesiapa yang berdiet dan pergi fitness centre / gym?
Adakah keputusan lebih baik daripada cuma berdiet sahaja? |

wah..kalau berdiet diikuti ngan ke gym mmg la result lg bagus..proses nak kurus lg cepat..huhu.. |

i tak diet sangat..tapi gi gym...
baru je start few weeks...
i just want to get fit and kekonon nak tone up my body....so, diorg bagi i program after buat assesment..
and..it's great! today i dah boleh lari 3km non stop! |

i dah lama stop ke gym..sekrg ni jogging sendirik je after office hr..tu pon on off..ekeke
ahad lak pi aerobik ..free je..ekekeke..sesape yg duk serdang leh la join kat stadium tertutup mpsj seri serdang..free je..ehehe...ari ahad pukui 8 am..best gak.. |

dr pengalaman rossa, gym ada joining fees/reg. fees, n bayar bulan2 (eg rm100 pm), buleh guna alat2 gym sesuka hati anytime. Klu ada class yoga/ pilates/aerobic bleh join (optional)... Cuma klu nk personal trainer, kena tambah RM... |

i signed up for 3 years.....seminggu $9.95..bayar fortnightly....kalau nak cancel membership..$50..on hold $5. boleh transfer membership kat org lain kalau tak nak cancel..
i boleh gi dlm seminggu paling byk pun 4 kali jer...biasa 3X jer
and every 2 week i gi spa, steam, sauna + swimming just for $4.20 up to 3 hours |

best g gym kat situ.. harga pun ok la sebab alat2 kat situ byk..
11 pun slalu join classes kat situ .. ada mcm2...
bodyjam, bodycombat, bodystep, yoga, pilates, line dancing, ballroom dancing, bodybalance,etc...
ada gak class dia panggil cycling studio... kalo sape join class ni, boleh burn 900 kalori.. kelas ni 1 jam..
11 x penah g lg.. cam x larat je..
slalu 11 join bodyjam or bodycombat...
pastu ada sauna n steam room skali..
bayaran, kalo ada jj card, sebulan RM175, pastu dia bg free sebulan n 2 kali free personal trainer..
kite bleh tanya la kat personal trainer tu cemana nak kecikkan bhgn2 tertentu..
pastu f.f ni ada kat byk tmpt... kite bleh g sume cwangan ff...
ada kat menara manulife RB, menara maxis,101 mall, menara axis, wisma spk, menara summit,damansara uptown, leisuremall, the curve, wisma cosplant.. |

baru abt 1month la....
dulu masa mula2 join rajin giler pergi....skang nih dh start malas2 dh...tp tgh memaksa diri nieh...

tp kalo forumers kat cni nk tanya my comment ttg gym, i would say this is the fastest and safest way to reduce weight la...
I slalu join body step class...mmg berpeluh2 for 1 hr...
then I'll go for sauna/steaming for abt 20-30mins...
i'll try my best to go at least 3 times in a week...
as for the cycling class..i pernah pergi sekali jerk..mmg burn lots of calorie sbb mmg berpeluh giler2 punya..hahahhah |

tapi aku keciwa pasal bile timbang berat tak turun pun..hehehheheh t

max haku pi gym... 10 x a week... means.. haku pegi 2 x sehari...
paling malesss... 5 x seminggu.... |

cik mala dah 2 bln lebih join Fitness First....turun 3 kilo...:love:
tp cik mala dah tak leh turun lg sbb cik mala tinggi...
so my personal trainer suruh tone up jerk...sbb frame dah ada...
so cik mala just join body balance, yoga, pilates and sometime join RPM (cycle class)..
body balance tu nampak jerk cam senang tp kalau ikut teknik yg betul...berpeluh2 gak laaa :kant: |
