kalau tk silap ada gak yg guna BM nie buat pau..pau nie lebih kurang jer cam roti..cuma klu manual roti nie heavy metalica ler skit..bukan setakat tepung jer..ngan tuan2 uli sekali..

lepas kita uli pau tu, agak2 brape minit utk doh tu naik 2x ganda
ada dlm 1/2 jam .....

ikut yis gak bel kekadang 1/2 jam dh ok...tp sllalunya lebih gak ler dlm sejam..mcm yis sini lg lama lg ok..tp tk ler sampai 4/5 jam sy perap..nampak mcm dia dah gelembung atau besar skit dr yg kita uli td..tumbuk2 kuar angin...

tp skrng dok giler buat cakoi plak...lenguh gak ler lebih kurang wat pau..kena cari BM dah nie

eena ade buat pau last week......alamak x ingat recipe sape nnt check.....akceli combination 2 recipe. pau tu according to asben texture dia agak kering. dia x gemo. pau tu eena ade masukkan skit double acting + dough softener rasenye. ke sbb ni pau texture kering...
