hmm... mmg betul pun ckp kowang... fox pun penah terkena... sib baik ada pengetahuan sket pasal insurans... fox akan tanya2 sampai dowang tak terjawab, pastu fox pun ckp thanks... but since u can't even answer my questions, that justifies my not being able nor interested to buy ur product... :lol

warda selalu terkena dgn MBF... asyik dapat call pasal insurans manjang.. ntah apa apa insurans... tu yang lepas tu terminate.. sakit hati dgr panggilan yang ntah pepe...

saya pun pernah kena ... dapat call pada satu hari yang saya tengah bz giler... dia offer kad discount percutian...saya cakap saya takde masa  nak dengar... dia cakap dia akan cakap cepat2..dan laju.. memang laju pun...last ly saya tanya... kena bayar ke free?  tima kasih jelah... kalau free pun saya cakap saya tak nak... minah tu cam bengang... terus letak tepon... keh keh.. slamat....

suruh dorang print quotations, pastu suruh point out apa kekurangan insurance tu (mmg ada sebenarnya kekurangan ni, depa ni mana nak habaq), pastu suruh come up with tabulations of comparisons, beza antara savings dgn insurance nyer... mcm2 laaa.... :lol

tapi ada insurance yg bagus sebenarnya (life insurance i mean), sbb one of my assignments masa keje dgn sebuah bank dulu ialah wat survey and comparison antara insurance yg ada...

lepas ni kalo ada orang call lagi pasal insurans, warda nak cakap... "u punya insurans ni islamic ke? ada panel syariah ke? bla bla bla... kalo xde xyah la, saya berminat dgn islamic insurans je"

kalau ada bank yg tawarkan free for life...sila check rules dia.....biasanya akan ada hidden term kat situ....bukan senang bank nak bagi Free For life....keuntungan dapat dr situ jugak...so please be more careful....:jeling:

Slalunya bile ada bank yg call pasal insuran ni....biasanya takder dolkumen yang diperlukan..hanya kata "YES" ...saya mahu inusran tu...automatik premium bulanan akan dipotong ...begitulah efektifnya....bila mintak brochure bagai....macam2 alasan...takder la...itula...mmg takder brochurelah...apa2lah.....

Urusniaga telemarketing tidak perlukan sebarang dokumen, t/tangan. Hanya pengesahan dari pembeli melalui telepon sudah dianggap sah. Sebab tu jgn sebarangan berkata YA pada setiap panggilan telemarketing.

yg melalui fon tu biasanya fox tak layan tapi yg dtg jumpa, siap wat appointment bagai... masa tu laa fox tanya mcm2 sbb dah 'tertipu' (sbb dia kata nak jumpa ada berkaitan dgn akaun bank kita) sehingga bersetuju wat appointment tu in the 1st place...

Yupp...:setuju:......Tp....aku kalau pasal insuran yg bulan2 dia potong ikut outstanding balance( based on %)  kita tu...Insurance yg cover kalau apa2 jadik kat kita ( eg. Acciedent, dll ) tu....aku slalunya ambik.....

berjaya tuka tarikh due date utk citibank....  maksudnya lepas gaji baru bayo.. ni dapat bil, gaji tak masuk lagi dah kena bayo... tepon branch Penang settle.. siap tanya warda dapat waive berapa tahun, dia kata... dapat 2 thn.. nanti hujung 2008 call lah, dia kata..utk dapatkan waive lagi...

dluk, try tukar utk MBF, dia kata tak leh... sbb tarikh penyata digenerate oleh sistem komputer... tensen tul!!! sib baik dah terminate

MBF mmg camtu....cam hampeh......dulu statement date pada 10hb dan due date 21 hari....walaupun dah lepas waktu gaji but still tak convenience....pernah mintak utk tuka due/statemnet date tu..tp itulah jawapn derang....digenerate oleh Komputer...takleh tuka2.....padahal komputer tu di kontrol oleh derang sendiri....

Inilah masalahnya pada CC issuer....takmo jaga hati CUstomer..Cam MBF ni..dahlah cc Biasa Annual Fee sampai RM160...mintak waiver pun..hanya bg separuh je......nak bg 100% waiver....cam cilakak......That the reaosn why aku terminate aku nyer MBF.....:siok::siok:

citibank senang. aku dulu nak tukar due date jugak kasi lepas gaji. pakai call aje. selesai. mintak kat alliance bank, dia suruh tulis surat bagai. lepas tu tertakluk pada kelulusan pulak. hampas betul la

Masa apply tahun 2002 mmg senang ya amat Foxey....tp tatau yg annualfee dia sampai RM160.....ye lah..masa tukan MBF tgh built-up newcustomer...lagipun MBF masa tu baru je dpaat lesen dr BNM utk issuekredit kad......

Lepas1 tahun br dapat tahu yaang annual fee RM160.00..masa tu tataulagi camner nak waiver2 ni...bayar je la...sampailah tahun 2004 , adamember bgtahu cara nak waivekan annual fee....try mintak....dia hanyakasik 50%...but still kene bayar RM80........tahun2005 plak try mintak full waiver....tp dierang tak kasik.....try mintakincreasekan LOC ( line od credit)....derang wat derk je...padahal akuantara pioneer customer MBF.....somemore....aku ni verygoodpaymaster...tak pernah miss bayar ....tp derang still kedekut taikhiudng masin.....finally....aku terminate pada hujung2005.......heheheh....:siok:..pastu siap call kenaper terminate ...aku jawab..MBF kedekut....:jeling:
