Hari tu tengok macam kerang SHELL tu. Selama ni akak pun tak tau scallop ni apa tapi tertengok dalam rancangan AFC dia tunjuk kerang tu dia ambik isi yang bulat kat tengah tu dan guna untuk masak. Mahal yang amat ni.Hari tu akak tengok kat P.Pangkor, sekg. RM300 lebih. Akhirnya ambik juga.... yang kecik saja, tak ingat berapa gm, RM17. Belum masak apa-apa lagi sebab tak tau nak masak apa.Dah tengok kat sini, esok bolehlah buat sambal.

Kat sini kalau I beli yg frozen tu, 1/2 kg cuma $10. Lebih kurang RM30. so tak de lah mahal sgt. Yg fresh punya pun tak sampai beratus ringgit. Kalau buat bubur nasi cina tu mmg sedap.

Ha,itu la. Kat Pangkor tu memang  tengok mahal yg amat. Hari tu ada kak liza tunjuk dia masak apa entah, fresh punya,murah saja. Tu yang hairan, kenapa kat Pangkor tu mahal gila. Dia punya isi, besar-besar. Nasib baik tak buat gila pi beli benda tu sebab nak rasa.

Kerang kat sini pun mahal. Frozen nya. Plat kata ada kat kedai cina. So far I sendiri tak pernah nampak.

Tapi mcm scallop tu lain ceritalah. Mmg murah pun. Sampaikan cikgu my anak buat rendang scallop utk hari raya. Tadi I baru beli lagi 1/2 kilo. I kalau masak maggi atau msk soup sayur pun selalu letak scallop.

Mallan, try buat scallop letak osyter sauce sikit...

1 lbs (10 ketoi) scallop (sebijik-sebijik, jangan potong)
5 ulas bawang putih racik halus
satu sudu minyak masak (I guna virgin olive oil)
3 sudu besar osyter sauce (Lee Kum Kee brand prefer)
3 sudu daun bawang (green onion)

Goreng bawang putih hingga kuning...angkat
Biar minyak dalam kuali, letak osyter dalam minyak, brownkan both sides
Angkat Oyster
Letak balik bawang putih dalam kuali tadi
Masukkan osyter sauce
Masukkan scallop. Mix both sides with the osyter sauce dalam kuali carefully supaya scallop tak pecah.
Angkat
Tabur daun bawang

Makan dengan nasi...yum!

Resepi ni I reka sendiri.

Thanks hiro. I baru je smlm beli lagi 1/2 kilo scallops. Kat Msia mmg tak merasalah nak scallop2 ni. Kat sini je beriya2. Tapi yg makan I sorang je. My anak2 n hubby mmg tak suka.

macamane nak buat sambal udang untuk nasi lemak? yang pekat n xberminyak sangat..

nak masak nasi nye tu mmg kene rendam dulu ke? kalau masak terus tanpa rendam rase kurang sedap ke?
