me pun berat badan naik menggila balik...
time poser aritu, loose gak 2/3kg...nie dh naik balik...
me makan oat pagi & mlm...lunch me tk mkn nasi pun...
mkn yg light ajer mcm pau, kuih...ptg/mlm, me mkn mee skit...kuih jer...
me rasa minuman bergula yg buat badan me naikk ler...
aritu dh gi kelas aerobic, tp berenti sb injured kt dua2 lutut...hmm...
tk tau ler camni nk lose n maintain balik berat badan nie... |

nampaknya aryn mesti berfikiran nak kurus kena makan sikit..lagi sikit lagi bagus...
the point is salah sama sekali....
kita bukan kena tgk jumlah pemakanan tapi kauliti jugak...
contoh sarapan mkn oat, oat jenis apa2 3 in 1 ker or bancuh dgn susu....
then kuih muih n pau dari segi nurtisi tak seimbang terlalu tinggi carbs n lemak..
jika dilihat dari keseluruhan makan TERLALU SEDIKIT DAN TAK SEIMBANG...
untuk turun berat badan y sihat kena makan... tapi makan apa? makan ikut keperluan badan kita seimbang dari segi carbs, protein n fat..
sy percaya awk buat diet nie rasa lemah kan..dari segi emosi mesti rasa tertekan sbb terlalu strict pemakanan dan terpaksa menahan lapar....jikalau berterusan begini awk akan cepat putus asa...
mulakan belajar tentang pemakanan y betul di sususejat.com

tq for sharing Syik_Gojet...me tk le berfikiran nk kurus kena makan skit...
me mmg jaga diet me sejak dulu lg...tapi bile umur meningkat, me perasan makin susah
nk maintain berat badan...itu yg berlaku pd me...
dr segi pemakanan, me makan bubur oat tanpa garam dgn lauk2 yg me masak....
me tk ler rasa tertekan menahan lapar or badan rasa lemah sb me dh biasa makan oat pagi & mlm...
lunch me, kekadang mkn roti, pau or nasi sekali sekala...me mmg amalkan puasa Isnin n khamis
sejak dulu lg bukan utk diet pun...tp tu ler, skrg nie me cuma nk kurangkan berat badan dlm 2-3kg jer
tapi punya ler susah...me tk mau ler kurus sgt...

nope dear
we still enjoy our happy lifestyle with just workout+ balance meal
cuma dh slow kat cari because we have our own FB
so we share our workout gambar2 kat sana
more privacy and confidential gittew

yang terbaik amaalkan banyak minum air suam
i do take sweet drink for bfast
tapi waktu2 lain memang minum air masak jerk to flush toxic
and air kosong pun help to boost up metabolisme if i'm not mistaken
kalau nak hilangkan rasa nak makan benda2 manis

tapi weols skang dah adaclosed group kat FB

xlah aina...it is easy when we have support group
for me i will never forget my good old days memory here
lost 10 kg with balance meal + exercise
take 2 years to gain back 10 kg tuh......
but manage to be back on track because the support group
hope this relationship will continue : POMPOM:

me tgh usahakan byk minum air suam...
air manis slalunya mmg bfast & mlm jer me minum...itu pun slalu ambik "O" jer...
kekadang jer, me ambik utk minum pagi before lunchtime...lunch slalunya me
mmg tk minum manis melainkan kalo terpaksa makan fast food skali skala...tutup mata ler jugak![](static/image/smiley/default/lol.gif)
green tea me pernah minum...tp tk bleh ler ngan tekak me...me kena carik pure tea kot...

boleh ke klu i nak join group tue even sebelum ni tak ikuti sgt
