The Suspicious Housekeeper Episode 1 Review: Choi Ji Woo Will Do Anything Lee Sung Jae Says
In the first episode of The Suspicious Housekeeper, Eun Sang Chul(played by Lee Sung Jae) was suspicious about Park Bok Nyeo(played by Choi Ji Woo).
Sang Chul has been feeling suspicious about Bok Nyeo. One day he got a call from manager Hong(played by Kim Hae Sook) from the employment agency. She asked him, “How do you like your new housekeeper?” She explained, “To tell you more about her, she does everything you ask her to do. She’d probably kill someone for you if you tell her to.”
Sang Chul was even more suspicious about Bok Nyeo and watched her from behind. Just then Bok Nyeo said, “I sorry, but don’t stand behind my back.”

In the first episode of The Suspicious Housekeeper, Park Bok Nyeo(played by Choi Ji Woo) appeared as a cold-hearted housekeeper.
Bok Nyeo came to Eun Sang Chul(played by Lee Sung Jae)’s house for the first time. She had no facial expressions nor showed any emotions. Even when the four kids were not fond of her living with them, she did not care. |

‘The Suspicious Housekeeper’ got off to a good start… first broadcast 8.2%

‘The Suspicious Housekeeper’ noticed its stable start. On 24th according to the viewing rate research company Nielsen Korea, ‘The Suspicious Housekeeper’ SBS new Monday-Tuesday drama aired on 23rd, recorded 8.2% of viewing rate. This is 1.5% less than 9.7%, the final episode of ‘Golden Empire’. ‘The Suspicious Housekeeper’ could not stop ‘Good Doctor’, but it showed good start, near the 10%.
This day in the broadcast, the mysterious housekeeper Park Bok-Nye(Choi Ji-Woo) appeared. By the sudden death of the mother Woo Sun-Young(Kim Hee-Jung), the father Eun Sang-Chul(Lee Sung-Jae) and four children got into trouble. Eun Sang-Chul had introduction to solve house works. Park Bok-Nye went into the house with padding jumper and hat, and a big bag. Then she solved the question of Math Olympiad faster than a teacher, and made a meal like the mother, with looking a recipe once. It made people curious about the truth of Park Bok-Nye. Meanwhile KBS 2TV ‘Good Doctor’ recorded 19.6%, and MBC ‘Goddess of Fire Special’ recorded 4.8%. |
