saya amalkan pakai bamboo  charcoal slimming suit je..dulu badan naik
ingat tk ingat..mklum le dh  ...

bagus la..

sy tak minat dgn korset...

prefer senam dan jaga makan...
sbb aim bukan nak slim jer.. tapi nak sihat jugak tambah2 datang dari genetik ada kencing manis, darah tinggi..

kena la jaga dari muda nie....

dgn bersenam badan akan jadi lebih cantik dan tonned walaupun ketika bogel..hehe

salam ramadhan semua
gunakan ramadhan sebagai platform buakna sahaja utk diet+ kesihatan
tapi jug autk tambah amalan
iols berazam tetap nak workout mcm ramadhan tahun lepas utk tahun nie

oh alang2 u tanya
bulan ramadhan paling afdhal workout before buka puasa
iols selalu wat about 30 minit before buka(janji sempat mandi)
sebab bila bulan puasa workout, level glikogen dlm badan rendah
jadik senaman leh bantu attack lemak kita
that means pembakaran lemak lebih efektif
bleh baca sini untuk info

i selalu workout dalam 20 minutes before 7pm
then mandi2 terus ready buka
malam pas sahur workout dgn terawih jerk..hehe

utk kesan terbaik elok senam dlm 30 minit sebelum buka posa..

ini kerana time tu glikogen dalam badan 0.. so kalau kita senam,lemak akan digunakan sebagai sumber tenaga..

tak disarankan senaman y berat2, cukup la y intensity sederhana or ringan mcm brisk walk, zumba...

ini kerana tuk elak dehidration..

kalau katakan tak boleh senam sebelum buka posa..senam sebelum sahur.. bangun awal dlm 30 minit...
pilihan y lain, senam selepas terawih pun ok gak...

iols cuti noks....

saja ambik cuti 2 hari workout...
sbb jumaat hari tu dah senam kaw kaw..kes nak balas dendam sebelum posa gitew....

jumaat ptg tu gi jog kt tasik.. setelah 2 bulan kot tak jog..wakakaka.. peh tu tgk air tasik sambil melayan perasaan..*sambil usha jejaka mancho..ekeke*

pas 1st terawih tu gigih ikut rutin bro shahril tu sambil melayan harry poter, sempat lagi tu..haha...

Goblet squat
Jumping squat
Push ups
DB/kettlebell  Shoulder press
DB/kettlebell Overhead waiters walk
DB/kettlebell Bent over row
Dumbell/kettlebell swing
DB/kettlebell Deadlift
Plyo Lunges
Farmers walk
buat dalam 4set, dalam 10-15 reps
guna dumbell sebelah 10lbs, 8kg dan kettelbell 7.5kg..

esoknya inner thight sore dan otot atas ketiak sore gaks..

uols senam per ptg nie?

iols poser pertama bersilat gak
poser kedua sebab dah siapkan awal2 oleh mak(mak meniaga)
maka sempatlah bersilat workout..huhu

Sama la kita Syik Gojet..balik kerja nk kena masak dulu..lepas mkn nk kena siapkn baju anak2 nk pg skolah + nursery..Syoknya dulu zaman sklah..tiap2 petang main sukan..Sekarang ni nk menyanyi kt bilik air pun tak sempat..hadoi..time is very limited!!

uolss , i takde dumbbell...nanti baru nak pegi beli...(org beli baju raya, haku beli dumbbell) my body type is inverted triangle ( upper body besaq) sangat tensen...

baper pound berat DB kene beli ni utk beginners?

beginners biasanya start with 2lb..tapi dh lama2 u akan rasa ringan
so kalau nak beli 3/4lb pun okeh kots
but in ramadhan not suggested to do weight training before buka
takut pembakaran lemak diambil dr muscle u
sebab kita kan tak makan during posa
but if dah lepas berbuka/tengah malam/before sahur should be ok sebab badan ada energy
oklah tue nak berdumbell
BETTER LATE then NEVER kan,,chayyok

- 2 sets tabata HIIT

lencun jugeks

tapi berbuka terbantai nasik banyak plak..nangess
