nak tanya ckit.. kalo2 soalan ni dah ditanya  minta mahap la ye hehe..

untuk memasak non-bake cheese cake.. kita kena gunakan gelatine atau serbuk agar2 kan..
soalan saya : apa perbezaannye kalau guna gelatine atau serbuk agar2? tekstur, rasa dan ketahanan kek mana lagi bagus, guna gelatine or sserbuk agar2?

cikna nak tepek gambar n resipi Chocolate Cheese Cake (cikna99). reka sendiri n harap bole la sesape mencubanye hehehe...

CHOCOLATE CHEESE CAKE (cikna99)

BASE:
           1 cwn biskut marie (kisar)
       1/2  cwn nestum (kisar)
       1/3  cwn serbuk hazelnut (disangai)
           1 sb    soft brown sugar/gula perang
       125 gm  butter(cair)

FILLING:
       250 gm   cream cheese Philidelphia
        1/2 cwn  susu cair
        1/4 cwn  gula aising
            1 sb    gelatin halal
        1/4 cwn  air panas
       200 ml     UHT whipping cream (dipukul kembang)
       100 gm   Cadbury chocolate milk (cairkan)

TOPPING:
        chocolate Hershey's kisses filled with caramel
        white and chocolate chips(small)
        jem buah-buahan

CARANYA:

1.  Gaul semua bahan base,uli dan tekan doh pd acuan pai 20 cm diameter..tepi dan bwh.Sejukkan.

2.  Pukul kembang cream cheese.Masuk susu cair n gula.Pukul lg.Sementara tu, cairkn gelatin dgn air panas.masukkan dlm adunan td dan pukul lg.Masuk whipping cream n coklat cair.Kacau sebati.Tinggalkan sedikit coklat cair utk hiasan.

3.  Tuang dlm acuan pai td.Lorekkan dgn coklat cair secara abstrak. Kmdn,masuk peti sejuk.Sejukkan semalaman atau skrg2nya 4 jam.

4.   Bila keluar dr peti sjk,glaze atau sapukan atas kek dgn jem buah-buahan utk kilatkan kek,bio le nampak sinar skit kek tuh hehehe..Letak coklat Hershey's kisses dan tabur small cip coklat pd tepi sekeliling atas kek.

5.   Lepas tu baru le tolak pelan2 kek dr bwh ke atas utk keluarkan kek dr acuan pai.Boleh la dpotong...yummy...

selamat mencuba....ehhh...dapat kredit tak nihhh
Ops,masa buat aritu,anak dara cikna p tekan2 serbuk biskut marie dlm cwn. So jdlah secwn padat...

ni lah gambonye...wallllaahhh...ok tak...cuba ekkk


Baru kuar dr peti sejuk,kek blom make-up lg heee...masih dlm acuan lg




selepas letak topping,jadilah mcm nih..




Selepas dipotong...meh jemput mkn...

rasanye kalu guna gelatin,kek tu cpt beku,mengeras cantik bila disejukkan...cuma kelainan dr segi rasa teksture kalau nak bandingkan dgn serbuk agar2... tp kalu terlebih guna gelatin,dia mcm bergetah.Terlebih serbuk agar2,jd keras le mcm agar2 biasa tu....correct me if I'm wrong ye chef kat cni...heeee

adunan base kena betul.Kalu main agak2 campur bahan biskut dgn lain2 bahan,make sure adunan bole dikepal-kepal dan tak berderai. kalau berderai,tandanya kureng butter cair.Cuma tambah je butter kalu stil berderai. Lepaih tu tepek,tekan betul2 adunan base pd tepi loyang. Lepas tu,sejukkan dlm peti sjk. Kalu nak rasa crispy n agak keras skit bole bakar dlm 15min, 170c.Sejukkan dulu baru tuang filling dia...Kalu base main sejukkn je,base tu lembut bila nak potong. Terpulang citarasa masing2 ekkk...

masa nak keluarkan kek, cikna cuma tolak pelan2 dr bwh ke atas.Ops,cikna99 guna loyang pai yg tgh2 bole cabut keluar.Ada jual kat kedai,rege dlm rm8 lbh je...Aritu bli kat kedai Yummy Bangi je...

tak tahan lama in term of dia punya tekstur tu..

Penah gak bwk ciskek masa blk kg. Cikna x kuarkn kek dr loyang,biar je dok dlm tuh. Masa nak bwk tu kek tu kena sejuk atau da dibiokan semalaman. Masuk dlm bekas bsr skit n tutup. Letak dlm kete tp make sure x kena panahan cahaya matahari ke,panas ler katakan hehehe..Lgpun dlm kete kan ada aircond ye dak..Bila sampai kg je trus masuk peti sejuk. Ok je...mgkin dia jd lembik skit tp nanti jd ok bila da sejukkan blk...Emmm,bole la try ekk. Cikna blk mlm kalu bwk ciskek nih.Err..cikna ke kg dlm 2 jam. Kalu dlm 1 jam,ok la kot,no problem ....

Ops tambah skit info. Ciskek yg cepat cair tu biasanya bila adunan filling tak ditambah dgn gelatin or agar2..agaknya lerr. Sebab tu kek tu susah nak dipotong walaupun tgh sejuk baru kuar dr peti sjk, slalunya main ceduk scoop aje kan...Tak pun dia melekit kat pisau bila tgh potong.Tp bagusnye dia mcm aiskrim,lembut je n trus cair bila ngap hehehe..MK ble le try kalu adunan tu x masuk gelatin dgn yg masuk.Lepas tuh, biar je..Mane satu cepat cair hehe...Em,tp bergantung jgk resipi n kesesuaian campuran tuh..
