ANEKA CHEESE CAKE DAN TIRAMISU

Triple Chocolate Chessecake
Ingredients:


for the base:
110g digestive biscuits, crushed into fine crumbs
60g butter, melted

for filling:
250g cream cheese, soften at room temperature
60g caster sugar
200g non-fat plain yogurt or whipped cream
2 teaspoons gelatin powder
3 tablespoon water
100g dark chocolate, melted
140g white chocolate, melted

Method:
  • Mixbiscuit crumbs; melted butter together and press firmly with the helpof a spoon onto the base of a 18cm round pan. Chill for 30 minutes.
  • Placegelatin powder and water in a bowl. Heat a pot filled with some wateruntil just simmering and place the bowl inside the pot. Dissolvegelatin and water in the bowl. Keep warm.
  • With a whisk, beat cream cheese till soft. Add in sugar and whisk until smooth and creamy.
  • Add in yogurt/whipped cream and continue to beat till smooth. Blend in gelatin solution and mix well.
  • Divide cheese mixture into 3 equal portions.
  • Forthe 1st portion, stir in 80g of melted dark chocolate and spread evenlyon the biscuit base. Chill in the fridge for a while. (I pop it in thefreezer while preparing the 2nd layer).
  • For the 2ndportion, stir in mixture of 20g melted dark chocolate and 60g meltedwhite chocolate. Spread over the 1st layer. Chill in the fridge for awhile.
  • For the 3rd portion, stir in 80g of melted white chocolate. Spread over the 2nd layer. Chill for 3 to 4 hours before serving.

Japenese Souffle Cheesecake



Ingredients:

200g full fat cream cheese (room temperature)
50ml milk
3 eggs (separated)
100g caster sugar
30g cornflour
2 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp cream of tartar

Glazing:
2 tbsp apricot jam (or whatever you like)
1/2 tbsp water

Method:
1. Pre-heat the oven to 175 degrees C. Line a 7 inch (18cm) cake tin with greaseproof paper.
2. Softenthe cream cheese with milk in a bowl.
3. Add half of the caster sugar, eggyolks, cornflour, lemon juice and cream of tartar and combine together.
4. Place the egg whites in a large bowl, whisking them until they formstiff peaks and then keep whisking, adding the remaining sugar in 2 - 3batches until the mixture stands in stiff peaks.
5. Fold the half ofthe egg white mixture into the cream cheese mixture as gently aspossible, then fold in the remaining egg white mixture gently butthoroughly.
6. Transfer the mixture to the prepared tin and level thesurface. Put the tin into a larger roasting tin and create a bain-marieby pouring boiling water in the roasting tin. Bake on the lower shelfin the oven for 35 to 40 minutes. Leave in the tin until cool enough tohandle.
7. Put the jam in a sauce pan on a low heat with the waterand warm up until it's melted. If necessary, thicken this glaze bysimmering a bit and then spread the glaze on top of the cake.

Cookingtip: If the surface of the cake becomes too dark while baking, coverwith a piece of tin foil but be careful not to open the oven door untilit has been in the oven for at least 20 minutes.
It's easier to removethe cake from the tin if you insert a knife around the cake whilst itis still hot, however don't remove the cake yet - it will collapse ifnot left to cool

Saya ingin mengingatkan kepada semua (termasuk diri sendiri), mana-mana resepi yang disumbangkan di F&R harap dinyatakan sumbernya.

- kalau dari blog, nyatakan blog tersebut, begitu jgk klau dari mana-mana website
(cth : rozzan.blogspot.com, allrecipe.com)

- kalau dari buku/majalah, nyatakan buku/majalah tersebut...at least give some credits to the author/publisher

- atau mungkin resipi warisan sendiri, jiran, atau sapa2 saja....

Ini bagi mengelakkan sebarang masalah dikemudian hari.

Saya tak penah lagi nak attempt utk angkat cheesecake ni dari bottom of the springform pan tuh. So tak bulih nak membantu lah , sorry
Saya letak topping lepaih keluarkan dari springform tuh .... Tu cara saya yg tak gheti ni lah...
Org lain would definitely have better way to do this...

adeek,as far as i know la kan,kalo nk kluarkan base ngan springform ni,u wrap kan base tu dgn alumnium foil,bagi lg bsar dr permukaan base tu,so ble nk kuarkan,just tarik plhan2aluminium foil tu from base springform....

Kat Bake With Yen pon ada..mascarpone cheese ni..Rasanyer kat supermarket mcm giant, tesco ada jual tapi mahal skit berbanding dgn bakery supplier.

Cuba akak tengo2 resipi Tiiramisu Kak Hanieliza, instead of guna mascarpone cheese, Kak Liza guna cream cheese campur dgn yoghurt.

Ni resipi nyerr..tak pernah try lagi..sure sedappp nihh

TIRAMISU kakliza

Bahan
1 biji kek swiss roll coklat
250 gm keju cream [philidephia]
150 ml yogurt perisa buah (maklang guna 2 cup yogurt yg berat 150g)
1/2 cawan gula
serbuk nescafe

Cara
1. Kek swiss roll dipotong nipis
2. Pukul keju dan gula sehingga gebu.
3. Masukkan yogurt dan pukul lagi sehingga rata.
4. Sapukan adunan dibahagian tengah lapisan kek.
5. Ayakkan serbuk nescafee sekeliling kek.
6. Susunkan lagi kek dan sapukankan dengan adunan keju. Ayakkan serbuk nescafe lagi.
7. Bolehlah dihiaskan dengan blueberri.
8. Sejukkan beberapa jam sebelum dihidangkan.

NOTA:
adunan ini memang agak moist dan lembut..
so kena makan secara scooping gitu..
tapi memang sedappp..
