kalau beli cream cheese luar pada Bakery supplier mcm K4 dsb mmg akan dapat rega mcm Tenko dan kak tie habaq tu..
tapi baru nie saya pegi beli kat bakery kat umah nie seketul 250gm saya dapat RM 5.00..pada saya mmg dah murah sgt lah..
lenkali nk beli kat tempat nie aje..



Ya Allah, murahnya kacip..
Kat cni manenye nak dpt harga camtu....
Tunggu pengangkutan yg bawak cis ni terbalik kot, baru dpt murah..itu pon belum tentu...

saya nk tanya, kenapa saya buat cheese cake chipsmore jd lembik? selalu kalau makan cheesecake tu cam keras sket ( tak ler rangup) neper saya buat tak jadi macam kak liza buat tu? saya guna agar2 serbuk 1 sudu makan + 120ml air mendidih,

agar2 yg panas tu masukkan dlm adunan cheese masa panas atau nak tunggu sejuk?

saya tak sempat rasa pun cheese cake tu..saya wat utk bekal mak saya nk balik Penang..
derang komplen..cheese cake yg nie rasa dia langsung tak sama dgn cheese cake yang biasa saya dok wat..
biasanya sebelum nie saya beli cream cheese kat K4 atau supermarket..tak penah beli loose pack mcm nie..
dan resepi yg saya wat pun resepi yang sama..blueberry cheese cake..catherine lau..
byk kali dah dok wat resepi catherine nie..tapi kali nie aje derang komplen tak sedapp..
saya dah rasa cuak plakk nk beli cream cheese yg murah tu lagikk..

mmg sampul cheese murah tu ada letak brand Philly..rasa tak sama kerr..alamak..betul ke??
Cup selalu guna yg murah so tak dpt nak buat comparison.

nunu dah try macm macam brand crean cheese... rasanya cam lebih kurang jek rasa...  so, pakai beli hok murah jek.. kalau phili tu, Au3 lebih, kalau yg brand biasa2 tu tak sampai Au2.... jmat jimat!!

salam pakar2 cheese cake sekalian..nob ada pertanyaan sket... maafla...budak br belajar nih tak tahu tumpang tanya...

soalan nob cenni...nob tak pernah beli whipping cream..so tatau rupa dia cemne... aritu nakwat cheesecake belila uht whipping cream brand emborg..pastu merujuk pada resepi suh beat whipping cream till soft peak....whipping cream tu kan cair cam fresh milk tu ke?..beat dia sampai macam mana...tolong nob....nob beat sekejap sampei naik cam buih sket then stop..pastu fold jek kat dlm cream cheese yg dah beat td..nasib baik menjadik...betuika cara nob nih......ka kene beat sampai jadik mcmana....whipping cream tu betulke texture dia cair cam fresh milk tu....harap kawan2 leh tolong jawab soalan nob...nob serius tatau nih...tq in advance....

Nob, whipping cream mmg texture dia cair mcm susu..
Bila dipukul, sampai satu tahap, dia akan menjadi kental...
Kene pukul lama skit, but kene hati2 jgn over pukul..

Kalau nob pukul dia masih berbuih, tu belum kental lagi...
Xpe, lain kali boleh cuba lagi
