Frozen Strawberry Cheesecake - Catherine Lau
Base
9" loyang
sponge cake @ cookies crumble
Filling
500gm cream cheese
140gm castor sugar
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 1/2tbsp + 1 tsp gelatin powder dissolved in 100 ml water
300gm strawberry puree
400ml thickened cream (guna whip cream pun boleh tapi di whipkan dulu)
-cheese + sugar + lemon juice di pukul hingga lembut
-masukkan larutan gelatin, kacau rata
-strawberry puree, kacau rata
-masukkan thickened cream, dipukul rata
Topping (optional)
80 -100ml non-dairy whipping cream, dipukul kental
strawberries

kalau beli cream cheese luar pada Bakery supplier mcm K4 dsb mmg akan dapat rega mcm Tenko dan kak tie habaq tu..
tapi baru nie saya pegi beli kat bakery kat umah nie seketul 250gm saya dapat RM 5.00..pada saya mmg dah murah sgt lah..
lenkali nk beli kat tempat nie aje.. |
