umah 1st, i dtg jumpa tuan umah... slow talk "bro, i da beli umah u nih... cemana citer nih bro?" (lebih kuang cenggitu arr tapi dgn nada yg lebih sopan).

then kitorang bincang, keputusannya i bagi dia masa 3 bulan utk kosongkan umah (tapi bersewa) then i masok arr, bersihkan... pastu panggey org dok sewa

pakcik aku bli umah lelong single storey corner lot 60K... pastu die renovate jadik 5 bilik... abis sume die tambah smpai tepi... tp x siap2 lg... sbb pakcik aku wat sndiri.. die mmg reti wat umah.. mmg save wehhh

ok... dalam perjanjian jual beli ikut mahkamah, selaga utang2 lapok pemilik asal akan di settle oleh 'bank yg menjual' dlm masa 90hari hari dari tarikh umah di beli.

bil elektrik umah kat jenaris tu RM1.8k rupanya sib baik bank settlekan (comfirm dia tak penah bayar api dan TNB pon malas nak potong).

tuan umah kat jenaris tu pon mmg jenis "taknak lepaskan umah" so, mmg payah jugak nak suruh dia kuar. now bulan2 dia kene bayar sewa ngan i. kalo sewa pon taknak bayar, banyak lagi cara lain nak kuarkan dia.

kalo kita tengok kat laman2 lelongan internet, biasanya dia bawa kita pada "auctioner" tapi kalo nak lelongan mahkamah rajin2 la beli suatkabo hari2.
