kalu org order..hmmm.. harus ke guna philly ek?
pasal cream cheese tu ingredient utamanya..

kalu org order n bayar..just bagi harga berpatutanlah sbb cream cheese ni kan mahal ek.. kalo kat sini jek dah RM8.40 seketul 250gm tu.

ops...here the recipe..takde lagi kot coz marsh olah sendiri dari resipi yg lain sebab nak buat ala2 kat secret recipe, marsh masih fail whip cream sebabtu tak seputih mcm kt secret recipe, so org lain cubala buat...mesti jadi putih mcm kat secret recipe..

Chilled Oreo Cheesecake
Ingredients
200gm Oreo (cream removed)
60gm butter (melted)
500gm creamcheese
1 lemon juice
65gm butter (at room temperature)
100gm sugar
2 tablespoon gelatine
300ml whipping cream
100 gm Oreo biscuits-potong 4

Method
1.Mix 60gm butter+blended 200gm Oreo biscuits and press onto a tray to make a mould.Put in the fridge and chill.
2.Whip cream till stiff then put aside.
3.Blend and mix creamcheese+65gm butter+sugar until smooth and white.
4.Mix lemon juice +gelatine and heat in microwave oven and stir until dissolve.
5.fold whip cream to creamcheese mixture and put gelatine+Oreo Biscuits.blend well.
6.Refrigerate 4-5 hours or until set.

it's better to use ingredients yang sedap dimakan....kalau tak sedap orang takkan re-order....

menatang nama Gelatine ni ler yg payahnya nak mencari.. kalo guna Agar2 ; tak mungkin efek dia sama cam kita pakai Gelatine ye dak?

semlm ,dk try buat cheese cake nie..
tapi rasanya tak berapa menjadi la..
tekstur dia kasar..jd mcm bijik2 kecil pulak...sebab apa ye?
ke sebab letak lemon byk sgt..tapi dk ikut sebijik  resepi tuh..
seblom letak lemon dan gelatin tu, tekstur dia smooth lagi....

rasanya not bad la...tapi tekstur dia tak berapa cantik tu, jadi tak berapa syok nak makan...
buah lemon tu dk pakai yg kaler kuning tu ...pakai separuh je..
ke pakai limau kasturi pun dah cukup..

projek hari sabtu lepas...simply sinful cheesecake...pestime buat, walopun huduh tp shedappp sangat.... pakai susu pekat jek mcm forumer misy...sempoi gilerrzz

nak tanya sikit pada sesiapa yang pernah le try kedua-dua jenis resepi ni;
blueberry cotton cheesecake & japanese souffle cheesecake..

antara kedua2 tu ada perbezaan tak dari segi rasa/tekstur etc?
kalo tgok resepi mcm serupa je tapi tu le.. cotton cheesecake pakai 6 biji telur, japanese pulak 4 biji jek..

kedua-duanya cara lebih kurang sama... creamcheese dgn susu dilarutkan atas api cara double boiler..
tak pukul ek cream cheese nih?

rasanya muak tak?
kannya apa.. i kena buat utk satu gathering keluarga nih..
dah kena buat cheesecakes plak.. so tgh pikir2 yg mana satu nak buat nih..antara 2 kat atas tu..

plzz anybody... yg dah try kedua2nya.. ada perbezaan tak ? mana lebih sedap?

Mudah kan nak buat cheesecake ni Acun, and mmg dlm recipe mintak guna susu pekat manih tu .
Saya dua minggu lepaih buat for my SIL housewarming....
