11/15 Prettyboy Kim HyunJoong, Goo HyeSun, etc goes toresortin USA Actors, actresses and the producers team of KBS 2TV newmini series‘Boys over Flowers’ will leave for USA next week.KimHyunJoong, KimBum, Kim Joon, Lee MinHo, Goo HyeSun will go toNewYork, USA early nextweek, staying for about 10 days for the filmingina resort for thedrama. They disclosed that the venue for thefilmingis a resort that isa luxurious resort where the filming willfocus onthe Pretty Boy 4-mangang and Goo HyeSun. ‘Boys overFlowers’ is writtenfrom the originalpopular Japanese comic that hasbeen published in 17different countriessuch as USA, France, Spain,etc, with records in thenumbers of copiessold. Taiwan and Japan whohad re-made this into dramaand garnered ahuge success in Korea. ‘Boysover Flowers’ which startedits filming onthe 5th will be broadcastedat the end of December.
SS501 says that even though it’s good to receive a musicaward, theyconsider meeting with fans even more precious. SS501 held theirfanmeeting ‘SS501 Showcase with Triple S’on 15th at 7pm at OlympicFencing Stadium, where at the same time, Korea’sbiggest music awardsMKMF organized by mnet media was held in JamSil IndoorStadium. As aresult, SS501 gave up on participating for the awardsshow and wentahead with their fanmeeting. On that day, 5pm,at the press conferencebefore the opening of the fanmeeting, SS501 KimHyunJoong said “Today’sfanmeeting has been prepared since a long time ago. Ofcourse, it is apity that we couldn’t attend the awards show. I would like toexpressour regrets from here. We will choose our fans over the awards.” Whenbeing asked “Is there any hopes you wish for the musicawards show forKorea?”,Kim HyunJoong said modestly “We are not in the position to saythe pros &cons of it.” Kim HyunJoong also said “Very soon, viewerswill be able tosee me through drama ‘Boys over Flowers’. I will showthe best of myself in thedrama.” Park JungMin who appears for musical‘Grease’ said “Thefirst musical I've watched is ‘Grease’, I felt veryhonored to be able toparticipate in that performance. Not only myself,but the other members arealso engaged in various individual activities,so hope that everyone cansupport us.”This fanmeeting is a commemoration for their fanclub ‘TripleS’ 2ndmembership, SS501 performed more than 11 songs including their hitsongsand also each member’s solo stage. YoungSaeng, KyuJong, HyungJoonhas also formed a projectgroup ‘501’, revealing their album title songand other songs for the firsttime.
5-member idol group SS501 talked about their trustworthysupporter fans.
SS501 held their fanmeeting named ‘SS501 Showcase withTriple S’ on the 15th, 7pm at Seoul Olympic Fencing Stadium. SS501 also held apress conference for this event on the same day at 5pm at the Fencing Stadium.
For the question “What is fans to SS501?”, Kim HyungJoonreplied “Fans are green peas and are extremely composed”. Kim KyuJong repliedfor the same question “Fans are forever”, Park JungMin said “When I think offans, I am grateful (to them)”.
Leader Kim HyunJoong said displaying his affection for hisfans, “I think fans are like family. However you hate your family, there is noway to leave them.”
Lastly, Heo YoungSaeng said “Fans are like shadows. Becausethey are always with you wherever you go.”
SS501 members Kim KyuJong, Heo YoungSaeng, Kim HyungJoonformed ‘SS501 Triple S’ who will release their album on the 21st and starttheir activities officially.
The trio showed themselves through the fanmeeting event..they will continue to use SS501 as their team name.
3 of the 5 members from SS501, Heo YoungSaeng, Kim KyuJong,Kim HyungJoon was made into trio SS501, revealing themselves for the firsttime.
SS501’s fanmeeting cum mini concert held on the 15thafternoon at Seoul Songpa-gu,Bangee-dong, Olympic Fencing stadium, the 3 members showed themselves as a trioproject group in front of their fans.
The 3 members performed 2 of the 7 songs from their projectalbum which will be on sale soon, including “Want It” and “Your Man”, etc.
The 3 members were a little different from when they werewith the 5 members, wearing shirts and suits which supplements their manlybeauty and touch up the stage gorgeously. Their songs are of course, strong andmasculine.
After their performance, the members had an interview withnocutnews. They said “In order to show our superb appearance, we had beenworking a lot on it. We wanted to show our fans what we have been preparing,and so we made our stage today.”
Initially the 3 members wanted to use the team name “TripleS”, however in order not to lose the symbolism of the name SS501, they’vedecided to use ‘SS501’ just like when they’re doing activities as 5 members.
The 5 members held a fanmeeting after 3 years and displayedeach of their own attractiveness.
Park JungMin received loud cheers from the fans when heshowed a little of his acting for the role of ‘Danny’ for the huge musicalstage ‘Grease’, which he will transform himself into a musical actor from 21stonwards.
Park JungMin said “I’ve wanted to become an actor initially,and when I went into my current company, they told me ‘Singer is someone whoacts on stage’, and I debut first as a singer. I am working hard to debut as anactor.”
Park JungMin said to his fans “There is kiss scene in themusical” which startled them.
Kim HyunJoong who transformed into an actor through KBSdrama ‘Boys over Flowers’ said “I exercise a lot these days due to filming ofthe drama.” And showed a little of his solid forearm muscles.
Kim HyunJoong said “Even though I’m a little awkward inacting initially, but I am getting better at it slowly. Just like JungMin, I amalso working hard on it.”
Kim HyunJoong also spoke of a surprise “From the scriptsthat I’ve received so far, there are 2 kiss scenes.”
SS501 sang their hit songs on this day’s event such as“Warning”, “Déjà vu”, “Song Calling For You”, “Coward”, etc.
This fanmeeting is hosted by SBS gag program ‘OotChaSa’,gagman Oh InTaek from ‘Father WoongEe’, and hosted about 6,000 fans who cheeredpassionately.
This year’s first music award ‘MKMF’ is held at the sametime, different location. Even with the raining weather, many fans still madetheir way to the Fencing Stadium in order to see SS501. Japanand China, andother overseas fans also attended this fanmeeting.
