Strength Workout by Lauren Brooks
Modification here and there to suit my fitness level
A1. Turkish Get Up (Alternating) (10KG) X2 reps
A2. Heavy Swing 10 reps >>Double KB Swings(18KG total)
3 rounds
B1. Goblet Squat 5 reps >>Double KB Front Squats(18KG total) X 5
B2. Push-Ups 5-8 reps X8 reps
B3. Double Cleans 8 reps (18KG total) X10 reps
3 rounds
C1. Horizontal Body Row or One Arm Row 3-6 reps >>;1-arm row(12KG) X6 reps
C2. Forward Lunge 5 each side >> Backward Lunges(12KG) X 8 reps
C3. High Plank or Ab Roll out for 15-20 seconds >>RKC Planks 30 sec
3 rounds
Finisher: Take a comfortable bell and make it look pretty, fun and fast. Ladder it down. 5 each arm, 4, each arm, and so forth.
Snatch(12KG) 5,4,3,2,1 *Non stop aka no rest |

Pagi ni hanya buat 8-minute Kick Start
Set timer for 8 rounds of 15 sec on,45sec off
~5 one arm swings(R),5 one arm swings(L) then
~Burpees until timer is beeping! |

i cuba jawab soklan cass mana yang bleh
maybe yang lain pun leh jawabkan
peluh atau tak= tak bermakna tiada berlaku pembakaran lemak
ada org cepat peluh tapi tak semestinya dia kurus kan??
tapi berdasarkan fakta mmg lemak akan dibakar after 20 minit yang kita lakukan dalam senaman
but kalau buat senaman yang high intense(yang ni bleh google)
kadar denyutan jantung akan naik cepat dan pastue pembakaran lemak akan berlaku secara efektif
sebab tue ddalam usaha turunkan berat bdan org akan suggest buat kardio3x..ok??
pasal tabita- i pun tak pernah try lagik but if i'm not mistaken tabita nquite intense gak kan taht's why buat 4 minit pun lelah
so yang ptg sesuaikan dgn kemampuan u then try to increase lepas rasa dah selesa sgt dgn sesuatu tahap
senaman nie mcm hidup jugak..takkan nak stagnant jerk kan..bila kitanaik leve..rasa lebih strong![](static/image/smiley/default/3flex.gif)

masa i berat 45 kg (this was long time ago)

body fat mcm mana???ader kawan 2ckp walaupun berat turun tak semestinya body fat turun
so maybe body fat still high |
