Juju.. takleh ikut sgt BMI tu, lain BMI lain dia nye result. As for me, mmg nampak tembam ni. Byk baju2 takleh pakai tau! Sayang jer... kalo baju kebaya tu lagi laa.. tak lepas.. deheart ni bentuk pear.. bontot + paha tembam gilerr...breast pun besar.. isk iskk!!
So, i guess 48kg is ok ler... pastu nak firm kan la semua2 ni.. takut kang glemer jer...
FYI, deheart baru setat betui2 diet & exercise 3/5 tapi baru setat atkins diet today.. hihih.. let see the result...
Pagi tadi bangun awal, buat lunch utk arini.. ikan pari bakar tu, deheart taruk minyak bijan, halia, bawang putih & lada itam.. no salt at all! Mak ckp bawnag putih & halia elok utk pelawasan.. lada itam lak utk kasi panas badan dan menyebabkan metab tinggi... ;) |

breakfast : quaker oat plus ss -shape
lunch : buah dulu...at least 2 jenis, yg beli Rm1 sepeket, nasi, ikan & ulam
dinner : depends.....kadang heavy i.e rice.....biasa : cereal/buah & ss shape |

Juju, you berat + tinggi berapa? dan nak kurangkan lagi berapa? satu lagi, you minum banyak tak? I rasa mcm susah sikit nak consume 3 liter of water every day... rasa kembung benar perut...tapi I try gak minum, cuma tak cukup le 3 liter.. apa exercise yg you buat everyday? sorrylah banyak lak soklannya... |

eh! korang diet2 ni.. ade buat exercise gak ke?:hmm: cite la skit.. for me sejak ari selasa lepas.. ari2 g brisk walk for 30 minute & light exercise.. last sat & sun plak main badminton jer kat umah... :pmuka: |

Haku ni tak la lawo...tapi manis ada...
Hari ni lunch makan tahu jepun dengan sayur kangkung goreng.
Ok ke diet haku hari ni....minum lak air putih...sampai naik kembung
dah ni....kejap2 gi tiolet....aduh....napa minum air putih..pas lima minit
mesti nak gi toilet....Dah tak mau makan nasi..leh control dah... |
