5 member Idol Band FT Island is catching the attention by releasing a photo taken musical "Grease" style.
With "Jeans" concept, the symbol of youth and freedom, this photo displayed what they call the "Jeans Jeans Rock" and became the hot topic among music and fashion by representing the band's free and rebellious spirit.
Although not starring in musical "Grease," FT Island is expanding their horizon through Lee Jaejin, the star of musical "Sonagi," and vocalist Lee Hongki, playing the role of Lysander in the musical "Midsummer Night's Dream" (Auguest 26 ~ 31) at his KyeongHwee University.
While they are under the spot light ever since they released the teaser video on the 10th, the new album attempted a new change with more mature and manly looks instead of the cute flower boys look, and will also feature photos of variety of concepts.
Its musical style also emphasized change through cross over. The new album "Cross & Change" features lot of bright and light-hearted songs as well as member's upgraded skills and deepened voice.
The new album will be released on 16th. The MV full version will also be aired on online music sites as well as their official home page. Then on 19th, FT Island will kick off their official come back starting with SBS Inkigayo.
