About the manager SM said in phone interview "When SNSD members were leaving after the event fans have crowded the area in huge numbers and in the midst of chaos one fan came up too close to take pictures. In the process of stopping her the cellphone was pushed away and it dropped to the floor"
If the manager threw the phone in a forceful way I think he should be reprimanded. But if SM is correct the manager's actions may have been inevitable, but it's hard to know the truth since there is no video. The accounts from today's event indicate it really was hell at that moment. Few pages back the picture of the girls in distress were posted. With fans reportedly grabbing and touching the girls today the manager was in an overprotective mood it seems. Personally I think this kind of incident is fully SM's fault, they can have better security, use more managers to prevent these incidents, as these chaotic situations happen often with SNSD, and many times can be dangerous. Hopefully SM can adopt better crowd management personnel/procedures in the future.
Oh yea I agree. Kalau korang tgk pics n vids mmg ramai kerumun budak budak soshi n nampak diaorg tak selesa sangat. Mana tak manager diaorg jadi extra protective.

Short update: Due to the situation of Thailand, the organizers of the concert declared to postpone the concert that was scheduled on July 24th indefinitely, until further notice. Though the concert will definitely be happening within this year, but we will have to wait until the situation returns to normal.
Although Thailand is starting to stabilize, let’s hope it gets back to normal quicker.
