   copy jenis workout kat u-tube (copy dekat tab atas tempat kita taip tuh)masuk website nieh http://keepvid.com/
then paste jerk link workout kat atas tempat dia suh paste
pilih nak download flv@mp4
kalau flv kene install driver flv
kalau uols adee realplayer or windows media player..memang bleh play video through keepvid nie

for me zumba is quite fun+ cardiotapi kalau dha selallu buat u should try new workout
i suggest jillian michaels 30 days shred or TBL (the biggest loser workout)
leh carik CD kat kedai video or speedy....memang bagus utk beginners for losing weight
selamat mencuba!!!(wah mcm iklan plaks)

DB swings (1 rep: 20 x 2 rep: 20x)
T-Ups ( 1 rep: 16x 2rep: 10x )
Half cicuit of HIIT
50 seconds JUMPING JACKS ~ 10 seconds rest
50 seconds BURPEES ~ 10 seconds rest
50 seconds PUSH UPS ~ 10 seconds rest
50 seconds SIDE PLANK ~ 10 seconds rest
50 seconds (other) SIDE PLANK ~ 10 seconds rest
Reverse Lunge with dumbbell (1 rep: 25x 2 rep : 25 x)
V-ups ( 1 rep : 12x 2 rep : 10x)
Another half circuit of HIIT

50 seconds MOUNTAIN CLIMBERS ~ 10 seconds rest
50 seconds HIGH KNEES ~ 10 seconds rest
50 seconds SQUAT JUMPS ~ 10 seconds rest
