Betul tu sis. Dr lain yg kena tindakan, samada mereka tutup kedai, atau tambah baik klinik. Tpi Dr ni sebaliknya pulak, ujong2 kantoi salah sendiri. Moga jadi pengajaran kpd dr2 lain.

Raid on gynaecology clinic has nothing to do with race, says Dr Lee

IPOH: The raid on a gynaecologist’s clinic in Bukit Damansara which has gone viral has got nothing to do with racial issues, says Deputy Health Minister Dr Lee Boon Chye.

He said the raid was conducted with the interest of the public in mind.

“Health is health; everyone falls sick, and sickness does not exist according to race, ” he told reporters after launching a “Special Needs Across Lifespan” programme at Fatimah Hospital here.

Dr Lee was asked to comment on several posts on social media stating that the raid by the Health Ministry stemmed from racial factors.

The raid on the clinic took place on Tuesday (Oct 1) following public tip-off that it had healthcare products that were not registered with the ministry, and that the premises was also not licensed by ministry.

“The owner of the clinic had been given chances to register the clinic for years, but he failed to do so.

“We conducted the raid in the interest of the public. The clinic should not be functioning without a licence, and action will be taken against the owner, ” he said, adding that the clinic would now be sealed by the ministry’s officers.

Dr Lee said the officers who conducted the raid followed the standard operating procedures without any force used.

On the clinic owner wanting to take court action against the ministry, Dr Lee said it was his right to do so.

On another matter, Dr Lee said the ministry welcomed the announcement by the Communications and Multimedia Ministry that it was looking into calls to ban the online promotion and sale of e-cigarettes and vape.

Dr Lee said the Health Ministry had been all along working closely with the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) in connection with online sales of nicotine containing vape liquid, as this was illegal under the Poisons Act.

“We also constantly monitor what is offered online, and we also communicate with a few online shopping sites and MCMC, requesting them to take down such advertisements.

“Even those marketing through Facebook, we communicate directly with the social media site to take down such advertisements.

“Of course, we notice some difficulty in this aspect, which is the same all over the world, where when one advertisement is taken down, there will be another 10 that pops up, ” he added.

However, Dr Lee said there would be continuous efforts to ensure such advertisements are not rampant.

He said the main concern is not just over the health aspect of vaping, but also because online marketing targetted children.

“That is the emphasis, to ensure that children will not be influenced by online advertisements, ” he added.

Communications and Multimedia Minister Gobind Singh Deo had said on Friday (Oct 4) that his ministry would discuss with the Health Ministry and MCMC to see what could be done to tackle the issues.

Lain kali sebelum serbu ,mungkin kena buat presentation tunjuk carta graf bagai berapa cina dan india kena tangkap, baru mereka puas hati kot..

jahat tak bertempat....org yg sepatotnya di serbu tak plak kena serbu..kan byk founder2 kosmetik yg claimed to be founder tpi yg sebenarnya founder produk timbang kilo. N kenapa sesetengah produk tu dah ade kelulusan KKM pun masih ade mengandungi benda terlarang seperti mercury etc. KKM ni fungsi sebenarnya apa ye..hmmm

Ni meols sokong.. ramai je doc2 lain yg kena, bukan isolated case, lgpn since 2016 punya case pulak tu... kira kkm baik gila la 3 years dia kasi chance.. klinik2 lain hagaknya xde chance langsung after 2nd warning kut..

Ni viral sbb doc HA sendiri yg up kat socmed, n sebab heols pemes... kalo doc yg org x kenal mmg citer ni xberkutik pun..

Niat tak menghalalkan cara tau... dah tahu nk bukak klinik pakar awat x register? Nk meniaga ubat2 awat tak submit approval? Kita patot musykil kat situ je...

For me, dia ni cakap lemah lembut gitu. Explain everything if adaapa2 complications or anything yang kita tka faham.

I ambil dia jadi my gynae untuk and kedua dulu. Ok aje buat monthly check-up dengan dia and delivered di Pantai Hospital. Unfortumnately or Alhamdulillah masa I bersalin, dia takda so ganti dengan gynae perempuan tapi kos delivery masih guna charges dia. Lepas bersalin baru dia datang tenguk.
My office mate pun ada buat operation dan fertility treatment dengan dia and berjaya dapat anak. Dah 6 bulan anak dia.

Dr. HA mmglah pakar dlm bidang dia. Betul dia ada jasa kt ramai ummah malaysia. Tp tak bermaksud, dia maksum lalu blh operate klinik tanpa lesen dan jual ubat tak ada not kkm.

Dh namanya serbuan, takkan nak call bgtau dulu. I percaya semua dibuat ikut SOP.

Ramai je doktor lain kena raid, kena sita klinik, kena ttp klinik, ada kena gantung lesen. Tp tak heboh tak kecoh. Dr. Hamid yg kecohkan isu kena raid, kan dah tak pasal2 terlondeh pekung sendiri. I yakin kalau Dr comply with kkm requirements, org kkm sendiri pn berbesar hati nk jadi pemudahcara Dr ats sebab kepopularan dan soft spot at heart warga malaysia terhadap Dr.

Benda yg tak perlu jd, bila dijadikan isu bukan ke dh kelirukan warga netizen terutama skali warga kepam fb yg cerdik lagi bijak

Dr olschool mentality pun oldschool....regulations di tetap tiada siapa pun di kecuali kan ....zaman berubah enforment semakin ketat ...nasiblah if tidak boleh adapt new world yang serba maju...

dodol Dr di malaya tiada insurance yea untuk cover untuk case kecuaian ?
if still tiada nasib lah if ummah malaya jadi ummah amerika yang kuat saman di mahkamah case kecuaian

Ada jah, mmg requirements sekarang perlu ambil indemnity insurance sebelum bukak klinik. Kalau x ambil, mmg gamaknya kena saman bertubi2 je lah nnti diorang.

Hakak pun pikir gini nok. Motep sangat nak mensi khidmat bakti he ols.
ye la kalau ye pun ko berkhidmat berpuluh tahun tapi ko kalau dah buat salah takyah nak sugar coating.
Nama pun serbuan/spot check, motep la nak call dulu. Sah2 la nanti semua bukti gone

kata kakak opis yg berubat dgn dia bln 9 haritu, doc ni jual ubat dia buat sndiri. tapi x daftar dgn kkm. so kkm datang serbu... dia mcm dah bertauliah jadi buat ubat. tak sangka ada org pertikaikan.

Kalaua nak mc sedebuk, pergi psychiatry sana.. 6 bulan x 3 pon boleh,setahun boleh.. ikut laa banyak mana kau nakkkk.. hujung2 kena pencen awal sebab mc je dah bertahun
