ini diorg pgil diet karbo.. utk pecahkan lemak... bila dh pecah lemak baru blh build otot..
if not.. nnt lemak will stay between otot n kulit..
bykkan mkn protein early morning,, kalo aqua minum kafein.. lg bagus.. breakfast wajib mkn heavy.. heavy pun means bread (kalo blh serat), daging, n telur separuh masak.. lunch salad n sup.. mlm.. buah.. in between tu.. mkn buah byk2, n minum jus..
time madc ikut diet nie.. berat xnmpak turun sgt.. since lemak jisim rendah.. but u kn see flappy2 fatty tu.. reduce.. shape pun semakin menyerlah.. |

tu pasal bila nk diet.. kena tau nk buat apa dgn bdn kita.. nk bakar lemak ker.. nk built muscle ker..
n kena control nafsu mkn.. berenti mkn before kenyang.. mkn before lapar..
like my sis, dia suka mkn.. so dia kena tukar sket diet dia to more2 vage.. |

tp masih lom pndai bab2 nak balancekan meal...
kdg2 main bedal je mkn snek... |
