Karim Benzema, Ricardo Quaresma and Daniel Alves are just three of the names on the list of players that Bernd Schuster has told Real Madrid he wants to sign in the summer.

The German coach has told Los Merengues which stars he believes will lift the club to another level and it is now down to president Ram髇 Calder髇 and sporting director, Predrag Mijatovic.

As well as Benzema and Quaresma the list, revealed by Marca, includes Klaas-Jan Huntelaar, Christian Poulsen, Mario G髆ez and Daniel Alves.

In what would be one of the most ambitious summer rebuilding plans that the club has undertaken for some time, that list would not come cheap to Madrid.
