Cradle Fund CEO murder: No issue with crime scene being 'cleaned'
KUALA LUMPUR: The status of the investigation into the murder of Cradle Fund Sdn Bhd chief executive officer Nazrin Hassan is still up in the air, with four individuals previously detained by the police already released.
To date, there have been no new arrests, nor have any charges been filed in relation to the case.
The authorities, however, have maintained that the investigation process is ongoing.
Former Bukit Aman forensic laboratory’s crime scene investigation unit chief, Amidon Anan, asked for his views on the case, said investigations can be carried out at any time based on preliminary procedures.
“The agency involved has already processed the crime scene. This includes photographing the location, the victim, and gathering necessary samples,” said Amidon, 67.
Amidon, a 20-year veteran with the police’s forensic department, said investigations can continue based on the evidence gathered from the scene on the day of the incident.
Commenting on claims that the crime scene has already been ‘cleaned’, Amidon said it was not an issue.
“There’s no issue on the crime scene having been cleaned. The forensic team can still press on with their investigation.
“The forensic team can still gather evidence and samples at the crime scene,” he said.
He said what was of paramount importance was the preliminary gathering of evidence.
“Based on my experience, the most solid evidence in any murder case is biological evidence such as blood, saliva and semen.
“The police are very skilled in their investigation techniques. I believe that if they have solid evidence, charges will follow suit,” he said.
Police had previously freed four individuals who had been held under remand over the probe.
Nazrin was initially reported as having died in a fire at his home on June 14. Initial reports had claimed that his mobile phone, which was charging next to him as he was sleeping in his bedroom, had exploded.
On Aug 3, Selangor police Criminal Investigation Department chief, Senior Assistant Commissioner Fadzil Ahmat had said that Nazrin’s death had been reclassified as murder.
This came about after the Fire and Rescue Department’s forensic report said traces of petrol were found at the crime scene. An autopsy report also showed that Nazrin had wounds at the back of his head.
An individual had raised concerns that the fire department had entered Nazrin’s room and cleaned the area after 5pm on the day of the incident.

Kan... Bebas sbb pendakwaraya gagal panggil si maid utk bg keterangan katanya. Jadi si bini tu masuk almari, tutup hidung dan mulut sendiri dgn selotep (wpun ada penyakit asma) kemudian ikat tangan kaki sendiri  Rasanya mcm takda buat rayuan pun.

I speculate arwah isteri nya tu mungkin parents dah takde .. anak2 dia pun masih kecil waktu tu .. adik beradik sama ada takde or dont bother sbb nk merayu etc tu pakai masa tenaga n money .. jd typical meleis aje la biarkan aja .. |

Arwah ni ada rupa .. npk lembut and jenis chill .. also the kind of work tht he did, cuma ppl who loves to nurture ppl je bley .. org yg tak kisah n selfish mungkin x dpt stay on lama in tht career line .. so i olls percaya je testimoni ramai kawan2 nya yg kata arwah sgt baik n kind hearted. |

Dia punya biological children ada 2 - satu dari previous marriage dan satu dgn Samirah. Lagi 2 pula anak tiri iaitu anak2 Samirah from previous marriage. So total dia ada 2 anak kandung dan 2 anak tiri.

I musykil sgt dgn kes ni.. takkan takde bukti2 forensic (DNA, finger prints, footprints, sweat etc.) kat selimut/tapes/almari etc. tu?
why nak rely highly on de missing maid.. pembunuh tu punye mental pun cam tak stabil, put continuous pressure, gasak him in court, ada kemungkinan boleh dapat confession or something yg boleh reveal pure evil motive(s).. ke pendakwaraya kes ni mmg x cekap

Penah jd kt sedara aku.. Mmg lakinya yg cekik bunuh dia... Sbb bwh pengaruh dadah.. Boleh lepas....sadis betul ngan pompuan tgh pregnant time tu...

Bebas sbb kesilapan teknikal di pihak pendakwaraya. ai pun pelik, berani jugak dia org bergantung sepenuhnya dgn keterangan maid indon tuh. pernah baca gak, selepas maid tu dihantar balik ke indonesia, pendakwaraya ada buat iklan mencari saksinya tuh tapi di akhbar2 Malaysia hokeh... Mcm la maid tu baca akhbar2 msia di indon yup, incompetent.

a blunt penetrating injury @ left parietal region: - yg ni COD kan, disebabkan anak panah.. tak tercapai dek akal cemana tergamak panah org yg kita sayang, kat kepala pula tu..
multiple smaller blunt penetrating injuries of various sizes (shrapnel injuries) @ face, neck, chest, left shoulder, back of left hand:
- yg ni apa punca dia? if bukan hp yg meletup, objek apa yg meletup? shard of what - ceramic, metal, glass atau rock?
- accidental or not?
- sebelum or selepas arwah dah meninggal?
bila pikir pasal all the injuries in details, mmg seriau gila, so kejam.. then pi bakar pulak mayat tu, so senseless.. benci sgt ke dgn arwah? Nasib baik tak dikerat-kerat mayat tu

based on previous postings, ada forummer bagitau yg w/pun dilarang, maid tu gatal tangan pi bukak juga almari tu, bila jumpa mayat, dia called kawan arwah kan.. so kenapa IO & pendakwaraya tak build the case from here.. pelik nau!
kenapa laaa nak bunuh pasangan memasing, tak suka, cerai aje lah kan..

Aku pulak fikir yg multiple small penetrating injuries kat muka, leher etc tuu yg disebabkan oleh tusukan anak panah. Aku nak tepek kat sini gambar shrapnel injuries kang ada yg ngeri termuntah pulak... cuba search gambar shrapnel injuries, wound dia macam kena tusuk tikam gitu.
Yg gaping hole kat kepala/otak arwah tu aku curious sbb apa. Kalau gaping hole mesti macam kepala tu terkopak kann? Ke macamana? |
