Wow...Well first of all, the country of Taiwan seems like a good place
Starting with people of the town to the people at the broadcasting stations were kind
I brought back many good memories and just having been able to go leaves me in a good mood
Even though it was the first concert, viewers supported us so passionately that I was able to perform happily without being nervous ><
I'm really thankful and if I have the opportunity to go again next time, I really want to go hehe
Hm...Through the things that I was able to gain from this performance at a foreign country I will work harder in Korea so that I can do good at the next foreign country performance hehehe

The girls of 4minute (back row) like Da Mouth’s MC 40 the most for his genuine smile.
Koreangirl group 4minute’s arrival to Taiwan on January 21st was greeted withclose to a hundred fans. The members of 4minute were pleasantlysurprised with the female fans vastly outnumbering the guy fans, butdue to security measures that partly prevented them from meeting theiridol fans, the girls were tearful on the spot.
The girls had abusy schedule once they arrived yesterday, getting routed everywherefrom 2 o’clock in the afternoon to 9 o’clock in the evening. Theirfirst stop was going on Channel [V]’s program “Music Top 20”, wherethey got to meet Taiwanese urban musical unit Da Mouth. Upon receivingtraditional “du dou” garments (similar to a Western halter top) as agift from the Taiwanese hip-hop group, the 4minute members respondedcontinuously with “How beautiful!” and “I like it!” and repeatedlypressed the garments on their bodies to see how they looked on them.
DaMouth’s vocalist Harry, who is 1/4th Korean, hoped that he could winthe hearts of 4minute when he showed off his Korean speaking abilitiesseveral times to them. Little did he know though that when the girls of4minute were asked “which type of guy they appreciated the most”, thatthey unanimously chose MC 40 instead for “having a sense of humor andcharming smile”.
Astrong candidate for the first love of 2AM's Jo Kwon, 'Oh Bang Shil',will be unveiled on the January 23rd episode of MBC's "We Got Married".The person who has made Gain nervous is no other than 4Minute's HyunAh.

On January 23, 2010, the much awaited 4minute and Beast joint concertin Taiwan took place at the Taipei International Convention Center.
TheSouth Korean Girl group 4minute and their male counterpart Beast heldtheir very first overseas concert in Taiwan attracting 5000 fans whoattended the concert to watch the two groups perform.
The concert lasted for two hours with 4minute and Beast performing their popular hits to the delight of the crowd.
4minutegreeted the audience with a combination of Chinese Mandarin andTaiwanese phrases like “How is everyone?” The girls who were introducedto the Taiwanese culture through their tv programs also studied a bitabout the country’s local language which definitely helped them duringthe concert.
4minute when under the spotlight would chat up astorm. But when they are on their own the girls introduced theirspecific roles in the group to their fans. Leader NamJi is the motherof the group who takes care of her groupmates. JiYoon is the father ofthe group. SoHyun is the grandmother. GaYoon is the cleaner and HyunAhis the daughter who loves the care of her groupmates.
Forthose who are curious about the song the girls performed which theyhaven’t performed in Korea (they called it their Taiwan only specialperformance), sources say that it was “Anjullae” – (this song wasbanned by KBS for its lyrics.) A fancam also surfaced with the girlsperforming Stick With U of PCD.
4Minute guested in a variety show in Taiwan entitled 'Entertainment Cottage Princess' (sorry the translation sounds awkward)on 22nd January. In order for the girls to have a better experiencewith the Taiwanese culture, at the second part of the show, the hostsinvited the girls to participate in a local game commonly seen in nightmarkets - catching goldfish.
In the first part (interview), something really amazing was JiYoonsaying a complete sentence, "Take over your heart in 4 minutes", inMandarin. Even the hosts were amazed by her somewhat accuratepronunciation.
A big revelation was also made when the femalehost asked why JiYoon had to put on sunglasses everywhere she goes, towhich JiYoon replied with a shocking answer. Initially sunglasses wereused to add on to her charisma, but as the curiosity of fans gotbigger, it became a "must" for her to wear it every minute and secondbecause she has to stay mysterious.
4Minute is interested in Taiwanese guys and bubble tea
4Minute has been so busy these days running here and there for their fully packed schedule in Taiwan, that they only had the time to chew on sandwiches, but fret not, as HyunAh said they are already full seeing their fans. Though their meals are mainly comprised of sandwiches, the girls did get a chance to taste famous Taiwan delicacies. JiYoon mentioned in both 'Entertainment E Generation*' and the press conference for their concert on the 22nd of January that they love the Taiwanese bubble tea. She even said "Tasty" in Mandarin.
When 4Minute and BEAST had their interview on 'MTV JK-Pop craze' separately, the host took out many photos of Taiwanese male stars and asked both groups to choose the ones they like. Coincidentally, both groups chose Jay Chou (周杰伦). 4Minute also recognized Show Luo (羅志祥), F4, and pointed at Zhao You Ting (趙又廷)'s photo, saying he looks like a Korean. Not to forget, there were also quite some drama going on between them and fellow Universal Music labelmates, Da Mouth
During the press conference, JiYoon told the reporters present that she first knew Jay Chou through his self-directed movie, 'Secret'. He left a deep impression on her, and because of him, she felt that Taiwan guys are pretty amiable to her.
