Apology on Facebook was done by hackers, says Kiki
PETALING JAYA: The woman who was caught on camera spewing verbal abuse and repeatedly hammering an elderly man's vehicle with a steering wheel lock after he accidentally hit her brand-new Peugeot has alleged that her Facebook page was hacked, and the apology did not come from her.
Speaking to The Star Online, Siti Fairrah Ashykin, otherwise known as Kiki, alleged someone had hacked into her Facebook page called Kiki Kerja Kahwin and posted an apology to the elderly man and Malaysians.
"I deactivated my Facebook account yesterday (Tuesday) and haven't been posting anything on my company page since. Somebody hacked into my account," she said Wednesday.
Relating the incident, Kiki said that she lost control of herself that day and did not know why she reacted that way.
"I couldn't think at the time. It was on the spur of the moment. It was a huge mistake on my part.
"After that incident, we went to the police station in Kuantan and settled things amicably. I calmed down and immediately apologised to the man.
"I even met his wife and hugged her. The uncle accepted my apology and told me not to do that anymore," said the 30-year-old.
The incident, which happened on Monday afternoon, started a fierce online onslaught against her.
"At first, when the video went viral on Tuesday, I opted to remain silent. But since #CDM25 trended on Twitter and people started to curse at me, I couldn't keep quiet any more.
I accept whatever abuse that is hurled at me because I made a terrible mistake," she said.
Inspector-General of Police Tan Sri Khalid Abu Bakar said the police would be investigating the matter as it was classified as a road-bullying incident.
"Since the police has said that, I will accept it. If there are any queries from the police, I will cooperate with them.
"I just want to say sorry to all Malaysians for my actions.
The elderly man, affectionately nicknamed "uncle" by Netizens, will not be pressing charges.
According to his son Robin Sim, although traumatised, the man has decided to forgive the woman.
Telecommunications company DiGi even offered to pay for all damages incurred by the elderly man in the "Kuantan road bully incident."
The offer, which was posted on their Facebook page, was shared 850 times and received more than 1,530 likes in the first three hours.
"Things might have gotten out of hand but we saw a really patient uncle who showed us the value of empathy.
"Uncle, if you're reading this, please let us know in the comments below. We'd love to pay for the repairs of your car.
"To the one who was upset, we know it was a tough situation but if you could find it in your heart to forgive, we'll fix yours too," said the post.
A video of the incident, which occurred in Kuantan, was uploaded onto YouTube and instantly went viral.
In the footage taken by a passing motorist, the screaming assailant called the elderly man "very stupid" and hurled racist remarks at him. She also demanded that he pay RM2,000 in compensation.
She repeatedly hammered the man's vehicle with a steering lock.
The man remained calm despite the woman's outburst and offered to pay for the damage.
Netizens, incensed at the unnecessarily violent tantrum and rude behaviour, exposed the woman's identity, contact details and Facebook account, including information of the bridal company where she works. |

Masa Kiki mengamuk tu sebenarnya dia dalam keadaan diluar kawalan..
Bila terlampau marah, memang mc ...
ada dlm fb comment, sblm keta dia dilanggar tu si kiki ni ada buat hal dgn driver lain..si kiki ni bukak pintu sampai kena pintu kereta org lain tak mintak maaf semua...org yg kereta di hempuk yg bagitau..mak dia dlm kereta tu...boleh si kiki buat muka sombong...tak lama pastu si kiki ni gostan aka reverse tu yg kena langgar dgn uncle tu....kira Tuhan bayar cash serta merta kat dia....wallahualam |

pun begitu, saya kagum lah dgn kaum2 lelaki yg di dalam video tersebut
hanya mampu duk tercegat TEN ...
Memang bijak lelaki2 kat situ yg cuma tengoook aje. Kang kalau leraikan, tersentuh tetek pompuan tu sikit dah dikatakan sexual harassment, kalau di pukul/tampar pulak, dikatakan dayus memukul pompuan!! Kalau keluar kata2 lucah walaupun melawak pun dikatakan sexual harassment.
Elokla abam2 kat situ biarkan dan tengok aje, kalau disentuh pompuan tu, silap2 abam2 tu kena hencap 1 Malaysia.
Uncle tu memang baik dan bijak, tapi kalaula uncle tu melawan balik, silap2 kes ni jadi terbalik, uncle tu pulak kena hencap 1 Mesia sebab memukul pompuan walaupun kita tau pompuan tu kurang ajar melampau dgn strg lock boleh mencederakan org.
Pompuan2 skrg ni "untouchables" tengokla koc ketapi pun special, taxi pun special, bas awam pun special, tempat parking pompuan pun special
banyak lagi yg special. Sebab tu perangai sesetengah pompuan2 macam hamjad meroyan tak tentu pasal. Pompuan yg curik vellfire tu pun ada yg simpati bila kena pukul dan salahkan lelaki pulak.
Pompuan ni dah mintak maaf, memang 1 Mesia sedia ma'afkan dan simpati tetapi penjenayah samseng jalanan memang patut terima hukuman sebagai pengajaran dan tidak terlepas begitu saja....nangis2, mintak maaf n let go.....no way!!! Selepas terima hukuman or saman, rakyat mesia akan puas hati dan things back to normal...slowly2 org akan forgive and forget.
Kalau dah lelaki tengok aje tak boleh sentuh, patut pompuan2 kat situ jentik bijik si Kiki ni supaya dia tak meroyan.

Kereta kena calar? Ada kemungkinan ada pihak yg terasa hati akibat tindakan yg ko dah lakukan sewaktu memandu...samada ko sedar atau tidak je.

moral of the story...dalam apa pun situasi tolong lah jgn nak biadap sgt...  kerana kebendeaan hilang budi pekerti mulia...
cash tuhan bayar bulan puasa ni kiki wei....
sebab itu ada yg menyatakan...nak tgk perangai sebenar seseorang...tgk lah ketika dia marah...
shame on u kiki.... penyataan maaf u yg di jaja kemerata tempat gigih kan.... moga ko ikhlas kiki...insaf....
