[News] Han Kyung Will be Absent From SJ’s Concert, Fans Refund Tickets?
At Hunan Satellite Television’s New Year Concert, idol group Super Junior-M still appeared to perform but while the fans were pleasantly surprised, they also discovered that of the original 7 member group only the Chinese leader, Han Geng, was missing. According to reports, Han Geng’s contract termination case will commence on 8 January in Korea. If he is able to get the court to ratify it, Han Geng may gain his freedom as early as March 2010. His lawyer stated that Han Geng will temporarily not participate in any of SM’s performance activities. Yesterday, reporters also found out from Han Geng’s fan websites that it is probable that he will be absent from Super Junior’s concert that is to be held on 23 January in Beijing. Organizers are already accepting ticket refunds from fans.
On 31 December 2009 at Hunan Satellite Television’s New Year Concert, Super Junior-M’s appearance became the focal point. Fans very quickly discovered that Han Geng, who is involved in terminating his contract, remained absent. In relation to this, Han Geng’s lawyer revealed that at present Han Geng is on holiday and will temporarily not participate in any performance activities because Han Geng himself feels unwell and needs some time to recuperate. He is not in contact with his company because he is worried it will lead to unnecessary disputes. Also, it’s because he has already applied to the court to commence his lawsuit and his lawyers have recommended that he temporarily not participate in any of SM’s performance activities.
The contract termination case for the leader of Korea’s popular idol group Super Junior-M, Han Geng, will commence on 8 January in Korea. He has already submitted an “agreement to suspend the contract” and an “invalid contract lawsuit”. Han Geng’s lawyer revealed that to prevent SM from using delay tactics, Han Geng especially submitted an “agreement to suspend the contract”, which should it be ratified, then Han Geng will gain his freedom as early as March 2010.
On 10 January, Super Junior will start its Asia tour in Guangzhou and it will also hold a concert on 23 January in Beijing. Earlier there was news that SM was using SJ’s Chinese member Han Geng’s contract termination case to promote Super Junior’s Beijing concert this year. In relation to this rumour, the organizers stated that “this cannot be promotion, the tickets were already sold out early on, there is no need to do that.” The organizers stated that at present everything is proceeding smoothly and they have not received any news that Super Junior will not be coming to Beijing or that Han Geng will be absent. Yesterday, reporters discovered from Han Geng’s Baidu forum that fans are requesting that their tickets be refunded, “it’s because there is no way to confirm whether Han Geng will be participating in the Beijing concert on 23 January, after reaching agreement with the organizers it is possible to refund tickets. Refunding tickets is on a voluntary basis, please carefully consider before making you choice.” Many fans indicated that refunding their tickets is the most effective way of showing support for Han Geng: “support this, Han Geng’s fans refunding their tickets is the best support for Han Geng! We must not let SM take advantage of this opportunity, saying that if Han Geng is not there, the fans will still be as passionate as before.”

aku dah agak mende nih akan berlaku gak.. tak mustahil ELFs China boikot tak pi konsert nanti nih... takut tak jadik jer konsert nih sian dak2 yg dok obersee yg dah beli tiket konsert & tiket flight klu tak jadik...

mulan, nnt kalo yg DVD SUPER SHOW 2 kuar pun roger2 aku gak ek... aku nk order gak, dgn muun sekali nk order!!
