nak tanya sy ada acuan 8' je.. so kena guna tpg 185gm kan.. bhn2 lain pulak berapa sukatan pulak.. ke sama je 50gm air dan 5ogm minyak tu.

  185g tu sesuai loyang 7"...tapi sukatan myk dan air kurang dr 50g......50g tu utk tpg 250g.....kalo nak guna loyang 7" nanti akak kasi sukatan yg betui dulu...

maklang...sbtu klmrin tu kita buat 2x sponge kek..250g tpg..knp ya..bila dh ssuam/sejuk..tgk2 tgh mendap. sblm ni ok je jarang mendap tgh...
knp jd mcm tu?..ke pukul x lama..ke suhu oven x cukup pns(160 je guna sbb oven bulit in)

dah telangkupkan loyang masa panas kat redai? kalo sudah ok ..tak mendap biasanya. tapi kalo mendap tu small matter je....nanti letak filling jadi sekata balik....jgn risau sgt hok mendap2 ni...pejam je mata tu.. lainlah kalo nak wat kek togel.

hihi.mmg telangkup ms pns2..x tjuk suam/sejuk..mendap sikit je..nk ptong aksi sama syg..ptong 3layer yg mendap tu bila telangkup time melayer..x ada cacat dah..ni hasil nye

ats tu fruit flan(sblm ni buat layer dgn custard&mix coktail)..hak ni layer freshceram&mix coktail.
bwh tu kek emercy bwk utk adk ipar dkt PLKN..guna apa saje bhn yg ade..jd lah kek mcm tu..sekali ank buah teduduk ats kotak kek..jd lah ruper mcm tu..hahhahhaha
