mamapotter, macam tu la yang terjadi pada saya masa bersalin dulu. tahun 2004. masa tu bersalin 2 minggu sebelum puasa tapi raya, dah abis pantang. boleh la makan sket2..

So far saya dah cuba makan bayam, minum air kelapa, minum milo... so far belum berapa nak banyak balik susu nya. Ni tengah nak try minum horlick plak.

aku baru dpt petua baru... hehehe...

makan sooooo banyak2... air susu pon jadik banyak... menjadik utk aku dlm minggu ni.. punyelah kuat makan... tetiap pagi tetet musti bengkak.. sekali perah sebelah dpt dlm 6-8 oz... kadang sekali pump dua2 belah tu paling bnyk 13 oz lah...

pestu kalo kat opis xsmpt nk perah musti dh bengkak dulu.. huhu bestnyeee

tp risau lak makan banyak sampai berat pon banyak.. huiyoo... :geram:

makan nasik, sarapan, tghari, malam makan nasik... paling kopek pon makan nasik ngn instant drummet (kes lapo giler xsempat nk masak)

hahah tulah yg den takut.... tp tulah cara yg aku pasan cam menjadik aaa.... pepagi tetet mesti kembung.. breast pad mesti lencun skit sbb dh terkuar2 susunye...

nk kata sbb terapi guasa tuh mungkin jugak kot... ntahla... :pray: syukur sgt

:setuju: Samalah kita, berat lepas bersalin pun tak turun lagi. Dahlah takder masa nak exercise sebab balik keja jer, sebok ngan anak. Malas pun jugak.
