Itu hari I nak derma darah tapi sebab I ada consume antidepressant and also antipsychotic( but in a very low dosage dan kdg2 ja I amik kalau tak boleh tidur)
So, nurse yg bertugas tu kata I tak boleh derma.
Tapi bila I google, takda pula kata I tak boleh derma.
So nak tanya sebenar- benarnya, boleh ke I nak derma darah?
Dan urmm, kenapa ya those on meds tak boleh derma?  |

Certain countries eg aussie kalau u ambil antidepressant but you are well ,diorang allow u to derma darah.Tapi kalau u ada side effects,memang diorang x ambik.Contohkan,kalau u selalu pening dek kerana luvox ke macamane nak derma darah kan...kat malaysia syarat derma darah ialah sihat tubuh badan.ini merangkumi kesihatan mental dan fizikal.Lain pula ceritanya dengan antipsychotic.Some antipsychotic kita perlu monitor therapeutic drug level .means the drug stays in your blood so i query effect drug in the circulating blood volume.According to studies juga penyakit psikiatri eg schizophrenia yg mempunyai gene yg membantu dalam life cycles certain pathogen eg virus,toxoplasma dan lain lain.Satu faktor yg mesti diingatkan ialah kebolehan seseorang yg kurang sihat secara mental utk membuat keputusan menderma darah.Ini melibatkan aspek medicolegal.Satu lagi,terdapat juga pesakit yg depress atau psikotik yg terlibat dlm aktiviti sosial cthnya dadah,pelacuran,bertukar pasangan,alcohol dan macam macam lagi.so d aripada nak bingung tanya terlalu banyak ( especially masa kempen derma darah kan ramai org,jadi ala ala x kena tempat nak soal benda yg terlalu privasi) tu yg diorang refuse tu.Tapi adik jangan ambil hati,sekurangnya adik dah ada semangat menderma dan semangat membantu org lain takpe mungkin adik tak ditKdirkan menderma darah,mungkin tujuan adik dilahirkan ke dunia dengan tujuan membantu dengan cara yg lain dont worry be happy.teruskan makan ubat.depression is so common nowadays,so u must know that ure not alone.

Tulah kan, I've noticed depression is common nowadays,( have dem since mid. school) tapi jujurnya I rasa sedih masih ramai lagi Malaysian yang tak aware of depression ni.
Lagi sedih bila ahli keluarga@kawan2 sendiri lagi suka tutup sebelah mata, shove it under the rug rather than acknowledge or talk about it.
You are right, doc. Maybe I was destined to help ppl in some other ways.

Yup..depression bukan saje saje..ada yg kena kencing manis,ada kena batuk batuk,ada kena cancer..and ada yg kena depression...Depression ni bukan mengada ngada,ia berlaku sebab ketakseimbangan biokimia dlm otak..even my colleagues banyak yg depression,ada yg schizo pun ada..especially psychiatrist and anaes...makan je ubat yg diberikan,kalau mood u improve,ertinya that ubat works for u..and if ada side effects,bagitau dr..banyak je yg tukar antidepressantbsampai 2 ke 3 kali baru jumpa antidepressant yg sesuai..masa i kat aussie,belambak je org makan ubaat antidepressant even remaja,kat malaysia ni je i tengok macam taboo sangat dapat depression..nampak org kita masih mundur bab ni..lagipun colleague i yg kena schizo and depression ni kebanyakan mula diagnosed zaman student lagi,elok je bekerja..kita kena terima seadanya diri kita dulu,baru fikir macamana org lain terima kita.. |

Kadang kadang adjustment disorder,ada juga PTSD post traumatic stress disorder..mungkin ada sesuatu masalah yg berlaku disekolah...sebab coping org x sama,tapi just bagi semangat org tu supaya hadirke sekolah dan hadapi masalahnya.Ajar dia solve masalah.Kalau x boleh solve,move bcos we are not a tree hehehe.Tapi sentiasa ajar yg semua org ada masalah,dan mesti tangani masalah.This is life
..eh kalau gini sesi cognitive behavioural therapy boleh membantu..kan ada cikgu kaunseling kat sekolah hopefully diorang pun boleh membantu asalkan jangan sibuk nak begosip pasal murid tu ngan cikgu lain,nanti murid tu akan rasa betrayed...eh disclaimer: ahkak bukan psychiatrist tau..akak dr cabuk je..tapi sekadar menjawab secara umum hehehe |

Ini mungkin stress tempat kerja..mungkin ada masalah dlm tempat kerja kot..cuba kenali diri dulu..senaraikan kebaikan dan keburukan tempat kerja tu...try pakai kaunselor walaupun private dan berbayar sebab kita kerja macam nak mati,jadi tak salah kita spend sedikit utk mental dan rohani kita..kaunsellor ni ada cara utk bantu kita mengenalpasti masalah dengan cara yg kita tak terfikirkan..tak silap rate kaunselor private 40 to 80 perhour tapi berbaloi..memang stress kalau kerja,tapi stress juga kalau takde duit.And org yg biasa nekerja pastu tiba tiba berhenti bekerja pasti akan ambil masa utk adjust,sebab tu kalau org tua lepas pencen ada yg kita tengok termenung sana sini and rasa tak produktif...tapi kalau semua cikgu pun complaint pasal sekolah tu,memang ada something wrong jugak kot sekolah tu.Samada kementerian pelajaran atau kementerian kesihatan tempat i kerja,diorang bukan totally angel pun.Kalau x larat,talk to ur superiors atau try pindah sekolah lain.Haruslah diingatkan sekarang,goverment memang tengah kurangkan pengambilan pekerja.Bukan senang nak masuk gov,dengan elaun dia,dengan cuti rehat dia kira banyak gak kebajikan pekerja dijaga.So fikir berkali kali sebelum resign...wah ahkak dah meleret leret sampai topik resign dah ni hahahhaa
