kiter ade problem ...sapa2  boleh bagi solution  ...

email outlook express kter ade problem
message appear  - " unable to logon to the server using Secured Password Authentication Account : ' pop.tm.net.my. Protocol : POP 3, server Response : '-ERR incalid command', Port: 110, Secure (SSL): No .SErver Error: 0x800CCC90, Error Number 0x800CCC18.

pilih account email ko tu then select propreties
click tab server
untick log on using Secured Password Authentication Account

dear remy...

  i  dah try as ur solution tu..but still appear that message...it can't..

don't know what to do..semua menu i dah klik and checked..

actually b4 this ..my pc has broke down so i have to install back all the  related like windows..etc.. it is effect with outlook express mail ..

email lain ( yahoo & hotmail ) okay ... outlook express saya  ( use tm.net mail) ni problem sikit... can't access ..

bukan apa khaileena, katakan kita time tu guna komputer di ofis, pastu nak access email tmnet yg beraddresskan rumah kita, susah jugak tau... dia akan boleh receive jer, takleh send.

contohnya cam saya nie... saya boleh access email streamyx saya kat usm, tapi takleh send.. sbb connection kat sini lain dgn connection kat rumah.

email outlook saya use kat umah only...not use anywhere.. ..
saya boleh open outlook tu..but dia akan appear mssge can't logon tu..
yg peliknyer saya boleh send email out ,, saya dah test  send mail guna outlook tu to email yahoo saya..  it done....hanya receive mail tak leh....iskkk

tak..aku install "browser" alternative lain jap laie ilang trus ngan IE Ie skali..

bak kata remy, error tu sbb u gi guna SPA utk download email ..

check balik :

masuk kat account properties ..  (Tools | Account | Mail , click kat account u and the click properties)
Click kat SERVERS (ade General / SERVERS / Connections / Security / Advanced ) ..
untick
[ ] Log on using Secure Password Authentification

type balik username dan password bebetul kat situ ..


then .. kat tab ADVANCED (General / Server / Connections / Security / ADVANCED ) ..

untick semua tempat yang tulis
[ ] This server requires a secure connection SSL

try balik ...

kalu tak boleh gak ..

try manual lah ..

buka command prompt (Start Menu | Run, type cmd atau command)

type semua benda ni one by one .. dan TAKLEH SILAP TYPE (type benda yang merah.. lepas type tekan enter yang besar tu) ..  yang italic tu response yang u patut dapat lebih kurang)

1) telnet
Welcome to Microsoft Telnet Client
Escape Character is 'CTRL+$'
Microsoft Telnet>

2) set localecho
Local echo on
Microsoft Telnet>

3) open pop.tm.net.my 110
+OK TMnet POP3 server - ipop4

4) user XXXXX (ganti XXXXX tu ngan username u)
+OK password required for user [email protected]

5) pass YYYYY (ganti YYYYY tu ngan password u)
+OK Maildrop ready


kalau u sampai ke step 5...
maknanya configuration outlook u ade salah ...
kalau u sangkut kat #4 dan/atau #5 .. maknanya username dan password yang u type tu tak betul lah

then type
6) quit

in case u sampai step 5 dan outlook tamau gak , u mungkin bleh try guna mail client lain ... just utk test .. ataupun pakai terus ...

kalau u pakai windows 9x ... akan keluar windows background putih ... i tak ingat dah nak click kat mana ..
kalau jumpa
server .. letak pop.tm.net.my
port :  110

peh tu kat edit ke mana tah ..ade localecho .. ataupun something like that lah

minta tolong lehh...

ade problem la..outlook express saya ...tak leh received mail;..sent mail boleh... mssg appear :
"A time-out occurred while communicating with the server. Account: 'tmnet', Server: 'pop.tm.net.my', Protocol: POP3, Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Error Number: 0x800CCC19"


it happen bcoz saya ade sent mail plus attachment kirenye big size jguak la..tiba2 dia stuck....so saya when access utk check received new message coming...  mesti appear that message...

so if u all ade solution ..help me..  tq..
