notis berhenti seminggu!!!

saya ade 1 soalan..tgh runsing..inginkn jawapan..


saya baru bekerja di ofis lame selama 9 bulan..selama itu bos x penah bg pengesahan jawatan atau sign ape2 kontrak..so minggu lepas saye dpt job offer yg lebih baik so x kn nk lepaskan so saye bg notis berenti keje selame seminggu..

tibe2 lg 2 hari nk berenti bos panggil n ckp x boleh notis seminggu je kene sebulan sebab ikut company law if x notis berenti sebulan saye yg kene byr bos balik gaji sebulan..betul ke company law kt malaysia ni tulis mcm tu?? ke atau pun die nk elak dr bayar gaji..

ape yg saye tahu hanye pekerja yg disahkan jawatan dan bekerja selama 3 tahun sahaje yg kene notis sebulan if nk berenti..mcm mane ek? minta bantuan pakar boleh x?

saye just nk hak saye n tegakkn keadilan

Letter offer xder kata apa2? biasa dlm letter ofefr keje ada mention klu blm compem keje brp bln notis perlu bagi dan klu da compem brp bln notis perlu bg. klu tn. rmh xder sign pe2 berkaitan notis berhenti so tn rmh sebenanya blh bg notis 24hrs.

for u all information saye xde pn sign ape2 agreement ke..surat berkaitan dgn notis sume..
bos pun mcm x alert je ngn bende camne,,
by the way saye ade mention pasal bln ne saye ade komisen utk sale dlm 400 ringgit..mungkin die nk elak dr bayar tu sume..

patut x nk claim tips dr customer, komisen and bil telefon yg saye gune utk urusan keje

aku x berapa paham sgt. so aku nk tanya :-

a) masa dpt keje kat situ ? ada offer letter x? x silap aku ko ckp.. bos ko x bagi pun offer letter ..betul ke masa masuk keje x de offer letter ?

b) kat mana ko keje? private kan.. x kan goverment kan ?  ( just nk reconfirm)

c) klu ko masa mula2 start keje dulu dpt surat letter offer ..mesti mention baper bulan notice nk berenti.??

d)  klu ko x dpt surat letter offer.. make sure lepas dpt gaji ko notis je.. 24 jam. actually klu ko blah gtu pun x pe.. sebabnye ko x de offer letter masa mula2 masuk dulu. (ish aku nk tanya skali lg.. memang x de ke offer letter? ko keje ape nie?? ) so x menjadi kesalahan ko pun klu ko cabut terus. tp nk tunjuk ko beradab.. so notis 24 jam pun da mencukupi. nk buat apa2 pun make sure jgn bos freeze gaji ko sudahlah. gud luck.

ish ish ish ko nie.. mana bley mcm tu. keje apa2 pun start kena ada offer letter. nanti senang suka2 hati org buat kat kita.bila ada offer letter.. anythin happened kita ada prove. nie keje baru nie.. make sure dpt offer lettter jgn pakai mulut je. nie bukan kira segan ke x segan. da mmg gtu protokolnye. nk keje apa2 pun kena ada offer letter.

p/s: tp dulu aku parttime keje kilang sony x de plak pasal offer letter nie.

interview pn die just call n then seminggu lepas tu suh masuk keje..after keje xde pun die bg surat offer letter ke agreement ape2..x taula bos x sempat ke ape...

betul ni. kalau tak de offer letter, cabut je. tak de hitam putih yang mengatakan ko diupah di situ.

baik le ko blah je lepas dapat gaji nanti pink.

boleh lak bila nak epf cakap kat dia baru dia potong. so macam mana dengan company punya contribution, dia buat tak? aku tak yakin yang dia ada contribute kat epf, even ko punya portion pun. once dia ada buat contribution untuk staff, kalau dia tak buat contribution next month, company akan dapat surat & kena penalti atau hukuman penjara & denda.

epf adalah wajib. tapi dalam kes ko ni, appointment letter pun tak de. kalo ko fight pun, ko tak de bukti yang mengatakan ko kerja di situ secara hitam putih (appointment letter). even dia tak masukkan gaji pun, macam mana ko nak fight, sebab ko tak de appointment letter. tapi, cuba le telefon pejabat buruh mintak pendapat derang.
