☼☼CELCOM YG HAMPEH!!!☼☼

Aku ada subscribe Celcom Family Plan 1+5..
No doubt package dia murah berbanding Telco lain..
2 lines utk me n hubby, the other two utk anak2..
Anak dara aku tu bil dia ya ampunnn..bersms je keje..
So aku call Careline utk reduce kan credit limit...done..
Utk bulan lepas phone dia kene blok sbb dah reach d limit..
This month bil dia 2x ganda credit limit..
Aku call Careline..camner boley terlepas...tak blok..
Dia jawab...sistem kita mmg camtu..lambat dua tiga hari..not automatic..
Pastu baru update...baru blok bla..bla..bla..
Habis tu kalau dlm masa 2-3 hari tu usage beratus beribu apa kes..sape nak bayar..
Yg herannya bila sign up Call Me Tone (CMT) ..takde pulak masalah x automatic nyerr..
Walhal sign up thru sms je..
Sentiasa ada je..maklumlah ada monthly fee RM3...
Tak cukup ngan call, aku lodge online complaint..
"jawab dia..menurut rekod kami cik reduce credit limit in November...
Paler otak dia..yg bulan Nov tu aku reduce sendiri limit thru online..
Jawab Q pun tak buat thorough checking..
I felt so pissed off..aku call Careline nak cancel sume CMT...
"Kami akan cancelkan..setiap pembatalan akan dicaj RM0.40..
I said OK..aku yakin betul mesti derang dah debit akaun aku..
Tapi bila aku call all d sup line..masih ada CMT..
Esoknya ada lagi..lusa pun ada lagi...
Until aku hantar CMT OFF sms SENDIRI..baru mende tu ilang..
On top of that ntah brape kali aku call Careline komplen..
They don't even bother to block the h/p..
Apa ke bangang benar sistem Celcom nih...
Kononnya boleh set credit limit tapi dia sendiri tak boleh buat..
Takkan customer lak kena check akaun hari2..apa kejadahnya
Ke..careline staff korang yang bangang..
Sape2 yg keje Celcom tu boleh tlg jawab tak..
Macam mana aku nak dpt waiver utk amount exceeding credit limit tu..
Sebab as far as I know aku dah soh Celcom set d credit limit n I have
all the record and reference no...
One thing for sure.. Celcom took all the complaints lightly..
Tak macam Banks..or other Telcos, I supposed..

i guna prepaid je..
dulu pernah guna CMT--then rasa rugi coz kena potong dr credit so suh adik pg kat celcom center n off kan CMT--mcm tu je

katala korang da suruh bank blok account sebab ATM card kena curik..
tapi bank overlooked n your money withdrawn...
korang mesti hentam bank jugak gak..
sama la mcm kes aku nih..
sebab aku da dgn konfidennya bitau anak aku yg limit dia is xxx..
so she can guna xxx amount only or else kena blok...
n CELCOM being a big organisation..tak pernah ku sangka
ada sistem sekaput macam ni.. kesiannn seb baik TM sudi ambek..
kot tak pupus la CELCOM macam Mobikom dll yg sewaktu dgnnya..

Better ko pergi komplen kat branch2 Celcom yang terdekat mintak waivedkan mana yang terlepas tu takut budak careline lupa nak adjust credit limit ko dan jangan lupa komplen kat anak ko skalik jangan sms banyak2... penat wo mak bapak carik duit...hhehehe

so, skang kitorg mmg SAY NO to any postpaid
kitorg guna prepaid jek skang.

Tah kenapa aku ni jenis tak suka repot pakai careline ni... Aku lebih puas hati kalau pergi ajer kat pejabat dia... So far wokeh jer... Cuma yang kurang wokehnya... "Hapa kelebihan aku pakai fixed line ni berbandeng prepaid...?" Haaa... Itu paleng aku tak puas hati sampai sekarang... Mereka ni asyik merendah rendahkan rate prepaid saja sedangkan kita yang guna fixed line ni langsong takde offer pepe... Setakat nak offer 'lebih line' tu worang cam aku ni nak buek hapo...? Bagi kat kambeng...?

Selalunya promosi "lebih byk bercakap..lebih banyak save" hanya pada prepaid???haku yang dah lebey 4 tahun amik fixed line ( postpaid ) susahnya nak dapat offer..:@ :@

Lagi satu....careline Celcom ni adakah betul2 Staf dr Celcom atau di beri kepada 3rd Party company ( mcm VADS ) ????Aku pernah tanya pada CSO celcom careline tu dan diberitahu yg mereka hanya 3rd party mewakili Celcom ...bukannya bebetul staff dr Syarikat Celcom..

Dorang sebenornya dari VADS. Bukan truly Celcom sebenarnya so kenkadang banyak staf2 dorang ni bertukar kerja. Bila budak baru nih jadi biol la kejap. Tu sebab aku suggest baik refers terus kat Branch Celcom. Ko nak mengamuk pun bleh..hehehe

....bukan Celcom jerk....aku ni sumer Line aku pakai....sumernyer Postpaid....mmg kurang bangat Offer...ye lah...sbb derang tahu....kalau dah langgan postpaid...maksudnya akaun tu kira selamat la bagi derang ...kalau pakai prepaid....pelanggan tak terikat ...bila2 masa pelanggan boleh blah camtu jerk....nak2 plak kalau postpaid yang "kene ikat"....kene tunggu sampai tempoh matang baru boleh tamatkan perkhidmatan...aku rasa sbb tu promosi kurang kat postpaid customer ni..........
