Requirements:-

1.      To carry out recruitment plans and activities in order to achieve timely requisition of manpower for the company and departmental operating requirements.
2.      Coordinating and handle the training & development function of the company.
3.      Responsible and/or assist HR GM in developing C&B policies and procedures for the organization.
4.      To look into all areas of office administration: office equipment, housekeeping , cleanliness and facilities.
5.      Minimum Bachelor抯 Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
6.      Candidate must possess sound knowledge of the Employment Act, Labour Laws, Industrial Act, Tax Requirement, Compensation and Benefits, Performance Management and other relevant areas of HR.
7.      At least 3-5 year(s) of relevant experience in Human Resource especially in compensation and benefits including administration.
8.      Excellence in English and Bahasa Malaysia both written and spoken.
