So here are the opening vacancy at Pembinaan BLT S/B ( Company wholly own by Ministry of Finance).Fyi,PBLT adalah GLC Company milik penuh MOF diperbadankan.

1) Project Engineer tak kire ape dicipline sekalipon Civil,Electrical,Construction Mgmt & Mechanical Eng.

2) Project Architect

3) Quantity Surveyor

4) Clerk

Requirement for position 1-3;

~ Must have DEGREE in Engineering ( C &S,Mechanical or Electrical ) ,Architecture,Quantity Surveying or Construction Management.

~ Must have at least 3 year experience in related field.Kalo bule mau background consultant la before neh.PMC company..

~ Must willing to travel ( currently BLT handle projek under RMK 9,police quarters semalaya)
Tapi koje mmg kat HQ Putrajaya je la.Sometimes je site visit.Ok pe,bole claim travel agi..
Bole naik MAS selalu jugeks.

~ Must know microsoft project la..Microsoft office ofkos la kan.

~ Jujur amanah & fatonah laaa..itu sudah musti pasal ini company handle projek gomen maaa..
sgt byk mende P&C kena kasi rahsia jugak.

~ Must friendly,easy to deal & can work as a team jugaks.Pasal hari2 mau kena deal nagn consultant,contractor & pastinye Org HR neh..camana kalo moke asik ketat jek!

~ tahan maki..bak kata citer P Ramlee tu..

Position No 4 tu;

SPm level pon tape,asalkan ada clerical experience.Tapi degree or diploma holder juge bole apply..

Ape yg Besh Kat BLT neh??

Macam-macam adelah..

~ Gaji?? baru revise salary scale mmg menarek tertarik la..
Kena dtg intebiu la dulu,baru leh nego eyh.

~ medical benefits bole cover self,spouse,kids & plg besh bole cover mak ayah kite juge
( max 3K per year utk p private hospital & gomen spital UNLIMITED hokeh.

~ Annual leave sgt byk hokeh ( 25 days for exec & 21 days for non-exec)
Asik cuti jek staff kat sini..dah gile byk cuti kan..hanimun sana sini..

~ Housing allowance..ala mcm COLA yg gomen bg tuh..baru approve this months.
Berapa? biarlah rahsia.meh dtg intebiu dulu then baru bleh tau.

~ Keja 5 days a week je.Kalo gomen declare apa2 cuti,BLT pon cuti..yay!

Anak syarikat ( GLC company) Kementerian kewangan..

Benefit okla mcm gomen ckit..

Iso..so far tade agiks.We all developer yg uruskan projek gomen under RMK 9..
