Kerja kat CELCOM - Amacam OK ke ?

Aku nak tanya .. kalau ada sapa2 forummers yg ada information/penah/sedang kerja kat CELCOM dari segi:-

1) benefit2 - loan(kereta,rumah), ESOS (saham), etc
2) Peluang kenaikan pangkat
3) Pemberian Bonus - performance bonus (maximum berapa bulan)
4) Working conditions, staffs welfare, office politics, etc

Well minta tolong ek kalau ada sapa2 yg ada maklumat. Insyallah, kalau ada rezki Ocho akan melangkah masuk. Masa intervw dah tanya in detailed, but that was the HR point of view. Ocho tadak kawan2 di CELCOM nak refer on the above advantages.

so far so good.. benefit ok.. loan freeze rite now.. tapi tak taula later.. last year, paling tinggi bonus declared 6 mths.

in my dept, everythng is a ok.. celcom byk procedure, protocol.. so like me, i gotta get thru all the 'gates' properly.. cenggitu le.. but colleagues, all a ok..   and ppl are helpful.. esp to me, a newbie yg quite lost in the wood la.. hehehehe..

prosidur and protokol tu biasa .. wah sis ada nak kena ronda2 satu celcom for campaign ek ? mesti busy .. sure why not . i am sure one fine day we ll bump into eachother ..

well a bit relief to know ppl are helpful, hopefully my department would be OK.
nak cuba elakkan ofis politics whereever applicable and possible.

hmm .. i wanna ask ..  from 1 to 10  (of 10 being the greatest-in everything) what do u rate Celcom compared to yr last company .. sis ?
