Aku dah bagitau tapi buat derk jer

Salam. Aku nak mintak pendapat sikit berkenaan waktu bekerja di syarikat aku bekerja sekarang.
Isnin - Jumaat: 8:00 - 6:00
Sabtu, Ahad & Public Holidays : Off
The thing is, according to EA 1955 Akta 265, 60A (1) : "...........an employee should not be required under his contract of service to work-
a) more than five consecutive hours without a period of leisure of not less than thirty minutes durations;
b) more than eight hours in one day;
c) in excess of a spread over period of ten hours in one day;
d) more than forty-eight hours in one week
Aritu aku dah call labour office. Memang betul staff (termasuk aku) dah terlebih waktu bekerjanya ( 8am - 6pm minus 1 hour break time = 9 hours). I have already notified my GM about this. But no action taken so far. What should I do?

angpa semua dh ada persatuan sendiri belum? maksud aku persatuan perkerja syarikat pak abu sebagai contoh..baru mudah perkara tersebut mudah naik |

Persatuan memang xde. Company kecik. Staff HQ + staff kilang = 30 orang.
