Nak tanya pasal Lock in Period

Tak tahu nak letak bod mana klu salah sila pindah ke momod.
Dalam agreement letter sy dia state:
'Prepayment of any amount over and above the instalment is allowed at any time after drawdown. Such Prepayments (including advance payment of instalments) will not be subject to any penalty charges'.
Apa maksudnya? sy just nak tau my lock in period brapa tahun? sy plan nak refinance umah sy, loan sy baru 2thn gitu..

yg tuh part yg explain pasal lock-in period ka? cos phrase tuh cuma explain yg u bleh byr installment monthly lebih dr yg sepatutnya jah..
ada tak part2 lain yg sebut pasal "full prepayment" ? normally kat full prepayment yg dia akan tulis before certain2 year effective loan agreement date |

majoriti bank ada lock in period
bermaksud early settlement kena charge, ada yang charge 3% plus 3 years
so better check agreement bank.
kalau setakat baru 2 tahun dan dari bank selain CIMB rasanya ada lock in period
lagipun, baru sangat, kenapa nak refinance
kalau refinance, kena considered legal fees, kalau below 200K legal fees 6 k, pastu MRTA kena buat lain, kalau berlainan bank la
kalau bank yang sama rasanya di panggil top up bukan refinancing. |

Maybe the right word is reschedule.. i just nak tempoh pembayaran dari 20thn to 30thn coz my financial skrg ada problem + hutang2 lain. Anyway sy finally got contact ngan mortgage advisor cimb bank tu, on the spot dia dtg my opis ![](static/image/smiley/default/lol.gif)
Ssh tul nk dptkan the right person incharge ni yg boleh tolong issue sy. Itu hari pegi bank sec 9 s.a sana coz deal beli umah sana tp officer sana pon cam x sure je suh pi tanya centre kat KL. Pi tanya centre hotline dia pon suh tanya branch sec 9 tu plakk, apedaaa.. Branch sec 9 tu klu call x pnah pickup, xkan nk amik cuti lg semata2 pi sana kan, klu x dpt apa yg sy nak rugi cuti aje.
Last2 sy check agreement offer letter ni call la apa yg nmpk no tepon dlm ni, dpt gak.
Berbalik psl advisor yg dtg opis sy ni dia kata ssh gak nak tau status psl dlm agreement x brapa jelas psl lock-in. Apa pon dia kata mmg standard klu loan konvensional 3 thn lock-in n islamic 5thn. Dlm kes sy ni sy just nak pnjgkan tempoh pembayaran. Klu smpi melibatkan lawyer fee tah apa lg fee baik xpayah. So xtau la, sumbit borg aje tgk la manatau ngan budi biacara depa leh buat..

kalau advisor tu boleh tolong ok, kalau tak, nanti ko pm aku, aku kasi no orang CIMB bang Umno.
kalau panjangkan tenure aku tak pernah buat, revised interest serta pendekan terms tu pernah la, just isi borang.
sekarang nie bank punya trend, semua masalah suruh call centre, masalahnya yang dok jawab kat centre tu...
budak baru belajar, depa sendiri kurang kefahaman. So my advise better bincang dgn orang yang berpengalaman

choppp lock in period ni pasal early settlement ke atau lock in period ni kalau dah habis tempoh lock in period ni kita boleh refinance balik rumah kita..
btw aku baru je dalam proses submit loan rumah
cimb katanya takde lock in period, tapi aku tak ambik pun cimb sebab dia macam paling mahal dan hazab |

brapa % interest? skrg amik bank apa ? biasanya standard loan konvnsional lock in 3years n islamic 5years. kata agen tu la..

dia kata bank negara dah stopkan produk islamic sebab banyak hal
dia ada konvensional - 1.7% jek taoi dia takde lock in period katanya
aku pergi 5 bank lain semua masih ada lagi islamic produk even international bank
apakah CIMB tu?
habis 3 tahun lock in period means kita boleh refinance kan

even personal loan dia pun mencekik darah dia punya interest.
mcm mana sistem refinance rumah tu ada sapa2 tau?
