Nak tukar regulator power window yg berbunyi & stuck
Sblm ni diorg dah sms, bgtau barang dah ada
Pi la sana smlm
Sampai sana jek, diorg bgtau vendor yg akan pasang
Kena wat appoinment untuk pasang regulator tu
Hampeh tul!!!!
Cakap la awal2, nk pasang benda alah tu kene wat appointment dgn vendor
Ni tak, sepenuh daya usaha datang, tibe2 kate camtu
Dah kene datang lagi

Biasalahh..SC kreta nasional. cara diorang jawab tu macamlah rumah kitorang ni sebelah SC tu je. Boleh bila2 masa datang.

Kreta baru tp dah ada problem tu kita boleh terima. Asalkan Service Center pya service tip top. Cepat menyelesaikan masalah tu. Proaktif bertindak. Ini tidak. Banyak main je staff SC ni aku tengok.

aku ada story pasal servis dkt SC ni,
mak aku owner toyota avanza dan dia selalu anta servis dkt SC Segambut,
sebelum ni staff dia mmg ok, until one day mak aku anta servis,
everything mmg jadi ackward..

things sepatutnya servis biasa la dan mak aku ada buat request utk tukar mentol belakang,
sbb aku dan ayah aku perasan lampu merah belah kiri dah out..
so, staff SC tersebut execute la servis..
expected regular servis patut tak lama la kan dalam 2 hours gitu dgn ada customer lain,
tapii.... mak aku anta pukul 10pagi janji pukul 2pm setel.. tak setel gak..
mak aku bengang dan mak aku pi check.. alih2 staff yg assign utk servis..
boleh lak tak tau nk check mentol avanza mcm mana..
patut la lambat.. pastu takmau bagitau.. mak aku memekak la..
ayah aku malas nk masuk campur..
mak aku suruh cepat sikit sbb ye la.. bkn takde urusan lain nk buat..
alih2 lain pula dia buat.. dia pi tukar mentol entah mana ntah..
lampu merah tu tak setel.. lagi la ngamok mak aku...
ngan manager skali kena sound..
alih2 yg manager, staff SC dan mak aku pi check dkt mentol tu..
lepas buka, find out tapak mentol dah out..
kena tukar satu set yg merangkumi wiring lampu belakang dan signal..
dkt rm85 gak la... mak aku bising lagi takkan takleh setel benda mcm tu..
dah la nk kena beli one set.. kemudian, wiring tu takde... kena order..
so manager tu kasi yg replica wiring yg still blh berfungsi..
until the next three day depa call sbb barang dah sampai..
mak aku dah tawar hati nk pi SC segambut tu sbb bengang giler..wasting masa dia..
tapi ok la bagi aku.. kita byar mahal2 dgn cas agak ridiculous.. kena warning depa ni..
kasi sound.. kalau camtu tak guna la support product yg kita beli before this kita trust a lot..

tak puas hati direct je dkt manager, dkt staff.. tegas.. as customer, duit kita.. makesure kita nk apa yg kita dapat..
aku pun dah puas kena tipu.. tp bkn pasal keta la.. tp barang motor.. hati kena kuat dan tegas..

Kebanyakan syarikat kereta kat Malaysia nih tak kira nasional atau tidak kena improve depa punya perkhidmatan selepas jualan.
