komputer tidak bersambung ngn network.

salam,nk minta tlg ngn saudara/saudari yg arif tntng masaalah sambungan network.
lau dh da yg post masaalah ni hrp mohon maaf bnyk2.
saya gna window 7(64 bit).nk surf internet x de masaalah lngsng.masukla browser ana pun,nk cari maklumat pun ok.tp yg peliknya dkt network and sharing centre-de tulis "you are currently not connected to any network".image kt see full map pun x lngkap psl kat connecting tu dh diganti ngn pangkah x merah dan gambar bumi x de colour-just black n white je.dh tu gambar rumah pun dh hilang gitu je.
masaalah ni pun effect sony pc companion saya bila nk update phone pun dia tulis-your computer not connected to network.
jd harap sgt la dpt kwn2 tlg saya selesaikan masaalah ni.

internet tu wifi ke, atau LAN cable?
atau guna 3g?
antivirus guna brand apa? cuba cek firewall dan antivirus kot2 ada "internet security" yg block windows networking. |

atau (KIS) Kaspersky Internet Security???
kalau KIS mmg naya la, cuba disablekan KIS kejap, tengok cemana.
mungkin kena set "Allow" beberapa program utk akses ke internet.

1) Scan Antivirus
2) CMD > ipconfig > tgk status
3) Install driver semula sebab 64bit nie.. agak problem skit drivernya.
4) Kalau semua tak boleh.. may be LAN cable rosak..
- Kalau wireless.. test guna LAN, kalau LAN problem try guna wireless.. Kalau semua tak boleh, gi cari USB LAN, then test .. Kemungkinan Network Hardware Problem. |
