Question about sale of car

I would like to sell my car but I am not in the country at the moment and will not be returning anytime soon. My father will do the necessary on my behalf. I've looked up JPJ's website but there is 1 document requirement that I am not sure of. Does anyone know what "Surat/Keratan pembatalan tuntutan hakmilik pemilik berdaftar (selain e-Hakmilik)" is?
Are there any other requirements for a non-present seller? Anyone have any experience about the procedures, difficulty or costs?

I'm not sure how, I never done this before, how about drop an email to JPJ and ask them, or even better ask you dad to call jpj general line. |

much easy compare u need to deal with several people, make appintment and so on..
