Awal tahun 2013, sebelum preggy, ukuran badan
32C-22-34... Tu pun gigih gi gym hampir setiap hari....
Tp lepas beranak & umur anak dah nak masuk 2 tahun & masih menyusu badan, gi gym lagi... Still xdapat before pregnancy figure..
Skang 32D - 26 - 36...

Gi gym hampir setiap hri.: tp makan laa banyak sket cleh control sbb anak menyusu, mmg gigil laa kalo xmakan... Tak sabar nak habiskan susu badan, moga TT mengecil sket & perut boleh kempis.. Now tea dah add on weight training to routine gym... Buat 2-3X seminggu weight...

finally dapat reduce pinggang... tu pun lepas officially stop menyusu anak... plateau at 26 inch for quite some time dah... now dah dpt reduce to 23.. am trying to get back my pre-pregnancy figure 32C-22-34... seinci saje lg kat area perut...

what i do is control makan (clean eating), avoid sugar & less salt... continuously exercising 5-6 times a week...

exercise yg malas amat tu..saya anak dh 4, 32-26-38...x dapat dah kot saiz anak dara dulu 32-24-35...tahun lepas pernah exercise konsisten 4-5 kali seminggu, jaga makan..memang hampir dah...pastu lama x buat...balik asal semula la

try buat targeted area la exercise tu... bykkan squat & lunges, abs.... yang lengan2 tu just pakai dumbell.. makan just reduce the sugar & salt je...

exercise ni nak mula tu yg susah sikit..susah betul nak motivasikan diri buat semua tu..macam saya kalau control makan saja tak jalan..kna add exercise jugak..tabik spring kat orang yg boleh buat semua ni secara konsisten
