As a special courtesy to our passengers, in certain cases where an itinerary calls for a longer stopover in Dubai, Emirates will provide accommodation, meals, ground transportation and visa costs. This service is available to: - First Class and Business Class passengers with a connection time until the first available flight of more than six hours and less than 24 hours upon arrival in Dubai.
- Economy Class passengers with a connection time until the first available flight of more than eight hours and less than 24 hours upon arrival in Dubai, and who have qualifying tickets.
Dubai Connect may also be offered in other cases, such as Skywards Flex redemption bookings. Other rules may apply, depending on the date that the flights were booked and the fare paid. Dubai Connect must be pre-booked and Emirates is only able to accept bookings at least 24 hours prior to departure of inbound flight to Dubai at the latest. This service is subject to availability.
