Beware of this Construction company, ASBARAYA!!!

Dear all KL W.Persekutuan and Taman Putra Prima, Puchong people,

Beware of this construction company "Asbaraya". It just an empty company without any fund and asset.
The person in charge name "Ah shun"(a short guy) or "Ah teong"(a man with tatoo on his hands) are the person behind it.Few houses "especially at new phase" was cheat by them. Lets find out the way how they cheat people..

1. They ask renovation contract from owner, they will sub the job tosub-contractor. 1st everything was starting smooth, after they get thepayment from the owner.
But problem they didint pay money to sub-contractor. When sub-condidnt receive any payment, they will started stop the job. Your housewill never ever could complete on time.

2. What owner require on the renovation, everytime after remindthem, they will forget tell the sub-con. Then have to redo-and redo thesame mistake. remind and remind again.
But end of the day, problem still there.

3. They provide 1 stop services, from renovation to furniture. 1 ofthe residence order few sets of wardrobe from them, they even pay fewthousands for them. After 2 months, no even a single piece of wood isfits on the wall. When ask them, they will throw the problem to thecarpenter. But actually they didint pay the money to carpenter. Socarpenter doesnt want start the job without any payment. The worst isthey gang up with the carpenter tell the owner the wardrobe is going onprocess..What a bloody guys~

4. They always pretend give a lot free gift, Eg, tinted for wholehouse glasses, door, some little accessoris. But actually they chargeothers higher.
Eg, an auto-gate robot arm with alarm, normal price aroundRM2000+, they charge 4000+. This is blood sucker.. So, can u imaginehow they way they cheat people.



If you are 1 of the victim, Stop the renovation from them beforetoo late. Share your problem with everyone to prevent more residencecheated by them.
