maap le putra_bengal kalo terasa hati. ko tengah bengang2 kene tipu, nak mengadu sini ada lak org yg tak caya. aku cuma taleh nak caya melulu. nak2 bab keburukan org ni. kang tak pasal2 aku share dosa  .dunia tenet ni ramai org gila... ye la kan. mudah nak publish kenyataan tanpa diketahui identiti nye.
tp tu la kenyataan. mmg byk berlaku kes2 cam yg ko kene ni. jgnkan keta rekon ke menda.... keta baru pon tak terkecuali dari penganiayaan.
contoh yg aku nampak tp aku tanak masuk campur....
keta baru, tp ada kemek kat bumbung. mungkin kesan benda jatuh atas tu. mula2 aku tengok mamat technician dia tgh repair2 antenna yg cam senget ketepi.... bila aku sebok2 tengok, rupanye antenna tu senget sbb penah kene hempap ngan benda berat. dan bumbung tu skali kemek.
keta baru tu. mmg malang la sapa yg dapat. tp aku rasa nak tanak kedai tu pon terpaksa la ber buat jahat dan dosa sbb tanak tanggung rugi. kalo anto repair.... dah level kete seken je tu. aku yakin satu masa nanti buyer tu akan perasan gak bumbung dia kemek. |

just wanna share a story about another penipu car dealer..
Guys, Assalamualaikum and good day.
I'm Wan, former/non-active of this club. I'm both WCM and CCM member. I need your help, whatever type it is, idea, experience, guide.
Last year, May 2008 I sold my T.Caldina. (before that I drive T.Wish). I sold my car to well-known company EOA Automobile Sdn Bhd. This car trading company is located next to Guiness Anchor Berhad factory at Federal Highway at Sunway Intersection. Within 3 weeks, the agent said my car is sold to an Indian guy.and he paid it CASH. (RM168,000), And I thought everything is settled.
No, nothing is settled actually. By September 2008, I started receiving notices of Loan Installment Arrears from Public Bank. I called EOA and to my surprises, my loan with PB still on-going, my name is still on the Reg.Card and, the Insurance. Cut story short in November 20078, EOA Corp Manager, Madam Tess Chong and Its Finance Exec Miss Ann, said that the agent who sold the car runaway with the money, so they were paying my car's monthly installment without my knowledge, and no attempt to inform me about it. so they promised before CNY 2008 they would pay up the bank. Letters of EOA obligation issued in November but nothing happened.
CNY came and went by, unsettled. On March, I went to JPJ to blacklist my car to prevent EOA to renew again my Insurance and Road Tax. Call EOA up, met them, letters of obligation issued in November but nothing happened.
End of May, Amad GT4 from WCM and CCM (he know my story), went around in Sunway TOMS and spotted my Caldina, called me up. I went there with intention to take it back but unable due to car was inoperable (turbo kaputt). Managed to talk to TOMS Service Manager, and managed to get the buyer contact no.
World is small, this buyer just registered as a member of CCM, with nick of Sam6661 ref:http://www.caldinaclub.com/index.php?topic=4838.0. Later, I managed to get him, met him in person, saying he is also not aware of this. His story was, the one who bought was his BELATED elder brother, and registered his car (MY CALDINA) under his COUSIN's name. And now his using this car. Last conversation, we made a deal, if this thing unsettled, he agreed to return the car to me, although in quite a hesitation mode.
Both we want to EOA again on 28th May 2009 seeking explanation/solution, this time Mr. Christopher Kok (VP Corp Div. in EOA) PROMISED by end of June (again with Letter Of Obligation), all thing is settled.
Well then ALL OF THEM FROM EOA ARE LIARS!
Public Bank officer called again today.Now I have until 20th August 2009, to at least make 1 month payment. (4 month unpaid), otherwise Legal Notice/Action will be taken upon me. Bankruptcy is on the brink.
Attempt to get EOA to talk to me is FUTILE. I made a Police Report (cover report) in early June to back me up if anything happen.
My thinking, IS TO GET BACK MY CAR, cause by Law, I'm still the Rightful Owner, and the Bank sees it as that.
Now Guys, IF YOU SPOTTED THIS CALDINA GT4 FACELIFT, WQB 1124, SILVER, 18" WEDSPORT SA90, WITH WCM STICKER AT THE BACK, DO CALL ME ASAP AT 012-2355075 (WAN)
Based on the story of current owner, Sam6661, real name Kumar s/o Rajan, claimed as a businessman, resides in Bangkok. Seldom in Malaysia, leaves the Caldina in a Condo somewhere Sri Damansara or Mont Kiara.
The car's Road Tax and Insurance is already expired on 12 May 2009, due to blacklisted. But I think he still drives it. Worst case senario,maybe the car is back on the road legally, illegally.
According to TOMS, he is a regular customer. So maybe if u are in Sunway, or in Bangsar, please scout for me. Actually I feel sorry for him, but the car still belongs to me because of EOA culprit. I called him again and again from time to time, keeping in mind he has no bad intention. For now, I think this is the best thing to do.
I may not able to reward you guys, but your HELP is really appreciated.
And also PLEASE advice, comment or give idea of what I supposed to do, especially legal action that I can take towards EOA.

haiya ....layan dengan company tak berduit memang le kena macam ni...dia pakat rolling duit dp utk bayar cukai kete...entah2 bukan cukai kete yg kita beli, tapi cukai org yg beli dulu dari kita. Duit utk bayar cukai kete kita, dia kena tunggu dp dari buyer lain lak. Kete yg dia bawak masuk pun selalunya kete auction kat nippon, tu yg bayak parts yg dah hilang |
