customer service CIMB

salam,...

ada sesapa kat sini yg ada pengalaman keja sbg customer service CIMB ( bhgn credit card) kat Bukit Damansara??? aku nak tau sgt pasal:
1) Working environment kat sana... strict tak law kat sana?? working environtment pressure tak?? fun tak?? rakan2 sekerja sporting tak?
2) Managemnet ok tak? ada buat law pelik2 tak..? any bad or good?
3) Team Leader supportive tak??
4) Klu post contract, senang nak dpt permenent tak??
5) Byk kol tak per day??

Aku skrg dalam dilemma nih, sama ada nk teruskan keja di ASTRO ( customer service) or keja kat CIMB nih...

Masalah kerja kat ASTRO ni lak...aku busan nga management yg entah apa2... buat perubahan sesuka hati.... strict sgt... contoh -ve side bhgn customer service di ASTRO adalah :

1) depa dok mengaharap kita jawap kol 8hr ,..non- stop,... dah la kol bykk gilaa... letih hoooo... berbuih mulut... klu short break skek , TL (team leader) duk bising... tertekan la jugak... ingat kitaorg nih robot kaaa?? ingat energy leh maintain 8hr kaa??? klu nak short break lebih 5 mins jaa, team leader dah menyalakkk...
2) lagi,... working shift entah apa2... skrg nih, management duk tukar working shift,..cthnya, setiap org dlm satu group masuk keja adlah berbeza dgn jarak masa 15-30 mins... gilaa kan....?? meal break pun tak sama nga grup member..
3) lagi, management terlalu menitik beratkan " time available"- untuk answer call.. aku slalu terkantoi waktu solat , sbb nk jaga time available punya pasal... klu tak, akan effect kat PMS ( monthly performance) aku . management langsung tak consider at least bg la masa 30mins utk short break tuk umat islam tuk semayang...harap ja ada management islam kat dept aku nih,...tapi langsung tak alert pasal benda2 camnih....depa kata, klu amik short break buleh, tapi kena ganti balikk masa yg diambil tuu.... wahhh,...melampau, dah la penat duk bercakap berejam2,...nk suh kita cover balik time plak... dera wooo...

Kesimpulannya,

ramai cust service ASTRO angkat kaki pi keja tmpt lain,... sbb tak tahan nga Law management yg mcm tak berhati perutt....
Utk pengetahuan korang, sepanjang thn 2007 hingga kini, HR sentiasa mengambil pekerja baru (cust service) setiap bulan ada ja kemasukan baru, sekali masuk berpuluh2 ( utk sebulan jaa) klu sethn, dah tentu beratus2.... tapi masalahnya,... budak2 yg masuk nih tak lama bertahan,... beberapa bulan pastu depa angkat kaki.... huhu... imagine je la camna tuhhh...


aku amat berharap dpt feed back dr korang suma... TQ :-)

most of the call centre environment mmg macam ni... dah tugas jawab kol customer... CS management mmg menitiberatkan average call answer time, not ready time, login time... abandon rate.. dll.

i hv never work with cimb but one of the telco company... mmg rimas giler ngan peraturannya.. penat nak menjawab.  kat mana2 pun ada masalah, it is how we take it... gud luck!

yg lelain snyp jaa... klu cust service bukan CIMB pun bleh share pengalaman keja korang...

waahh seety... saya pun cso astro tahun 2007... ntah2x kenal dakk hihihihi
awal 2008 quit kwang3x... hat tukar policy sesedap rase tu memang tak tahan laa... memang kene menadah telingaaa utk dimaki aje.... gajii ciputt... tak berbaloi kena maki

rasenye staff astro yang paling kesian cso nihlaaa...dahla kebajikan tak berapa dijaga.. so-so ajeee....waktu  solat tu yg i tak berapa nak gemar tu... dulu saya selalu aje kena marah ngan tl sebab rehat lama.... bukan rehat lama pun...nak pi solat tuhlaa.. biasa time rehat makan tu.. kadang2 tak makan sebab nak cover time manning... nak wat ot.. mintak maaf... haku tak hingin nak jawab call lagi.. selepas 8 jam hituu....

apa2 yg berlaku kat astro tu sume cso yang kene... dahla cso selalu kene hentam dgn customer... plak tu tl ngan management pun dok hentam dorang... kalo tak dpt cope pilicy yg ditukar setiap saat (keh3x exagerate sket)... alahai kesiannn

oww yg customer service CIMB utk credit card tue ek??jgn wsau ar seethy27, ok jew drg pnye management...plg truk pun customer ar, phm2 ar customer credit card tu..my h.mates ade 2org keje ctu..drg kta so far ok jew...juz kna thn dgn customer jek...iaku nie ade gak tgu nk g interview g ctu, tp so far drg xpgl g ar...da 2 bln lbey m'ganggur nie...huhu.. pg jew ok..g.luck!!!

    ko pernah keje kat maxis ke? boleh cite from a to z dari camne nak apply sume? maxis customer service dia kontrak gak ke? gaji bape? aku cdg nak apply kat maxis sunway pyramid sbb dekat ngan rumah aku..

tuan TT, amacam keje sebagai cs kat cimb? aku pon ada dapat offer keje kat sana. nak tau jugak +ve or -ve side keje sana. tengok cara bagi gaji macam best jer.

wassalam,

saya tak pegi pon interview tu. cuma kawan ada forward email, so saya forward la resume kat email tu. dia ada kol untuk arrange interview tu, tapi saya tak pegi pon. maaf tak bape nak membantu.

the reason saya tak pegi sebab dia cakap kat sana nanti kena 1 year contract sebelum absorb permanent. tapi depending kepada performance la, kalau perform, within that 1 year da boleh permanent. cuma tak berani nak gamble.

yup still in cs line. tp much more worth it la since normal working hours. weekend cuti. in fact, kitorang pon tengah ada vacancy kat sini, cuma gaji tak setinggi tempat yang ada shift la. let me know if you're interested.
