masalah lawyer yg @($***#$*)@$_)

aku ni tgh hangat hati la ni.... aku br beli umah dlm bln 3 itu ari...rumah 2nd la beli thru ejen..

la ni yg buat aku hangat hati, lawyer aku ni sblm dpt duit punya lah baikkkk....suh dtg kot mana pun dtg..tak kisah. ON TIME..

bila dah dpt duit, punya la besaq kapla.....suh dtg tpt aku pun, dia punya la kuang ajaq jwb ckp takleh..su mai tpt dia gak...dah lah buat aku tunggu lama sampai 3 jam..

bila aku suh naik office which is next building jer, dia takmo.... tu tragedi bulan 6 dan skang kwn dia handle kes aku....bukan handle pun cuma jd org tgh jer...

la ni, bank dah lulus loan aku...tp bank released half jer...bank released awal bln 9 itu ari.....la ni aku dah start kene bayaq duit kat bank...tp kunci tak dpt lagi...pasal bank tak byr full payment lagik.....

so aku call pihak bank dok la tanya bila nak release half lagi duit loan tu....bank suh tanya lawyer blk pasai depa tak dpt surat / instruction dr lawyer yg mana half  tu nak bayaq kat sapa...Ya ALLAH....apa punya bala la dpt lawyer camni.... bank kata, klu depa dpt surat in a week payment leh release...

aduiiiiii.....aku call lawyer tu dia tak angkat..aku call member dia lagi satu yg jd org tgh tu dia habaq nanti dia update blk..

letey akuuuuuu....aku hired lawyer so that segala urusan aku senang....la ni tak..semua aku yg kene follow up....

geram nyaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa

sama la ngan aku 1 1/2 baru nak settle, tuh pun tak settle lagi........ kata nak kurier by post snp tuh, sampai la nih pun tak post2 lagi........

never trust a lawyer..aku pon kena smpi kena bayar late interest charges smpi rm8ribu sbb diorg lambt submit dokumen kt developer..
klu ko geram sgt, ko lapor pada Bar Council..ade record at least..alamat aku tk tahu..google jer ler..

complain kat bar council ngan complain kat bank especially kalau loyer tu loyer bank biar busuk repo diaorg...

yup..lodge complain kat BAR council.biar practising certificate dia kene gantung/dapat reminder bila dia nk renew tahun 2009 ni.takde tanggungjawab punye manusia.

btw saya pun terlibat jugak dalam bidang legal ni..tapi bahagian lain la.saya wat banking litigation (hal2 bankrapsi, lelong dan payment claim) so saya x pandai sangat bab2 housing/purchasing nih..kalau tak,bole jugak la bagi tips ke ape ke..btw firm tu kat mana ek?bole tau ke nama firm tuh?

ahkak bajet name firm tu kapal sing en ko...

1. klien olwes right...so kalu loyer lembap, dan terbukti lembap, tanpa ade ape2 excusat, jgn segan silu maki loyer tu...

2. kalu terbukti loyer salah/negligence, jgn segan silu ripot ke majlis peguam...

3. kalu mengalami ape2 kerugian disebabkan salah/negligence loyer tu, jgn segan silu carik loyer laen utk saman loyer tu for professional negligence...

blah komplen kat bar counsil...tp, mmg ade certain2 perkara leh makan setahun 2 jugak...contohnye cam tukar nama....tp kalau hal2 kecik pasal loan, tak amek masa lame pon....

lg satu, legal firm mmg suke hold duit org lame2...mmg le derang jadi stake holder, tp derang simpan lame sket duit tuh sbb leh dapat interest...

smlm aku call marah2 org gh lawyer aku tu..... aku ckp nak lodge report kat bar council....

arini aku update kat bank..nasib la aku nyer org bank yg buat loan aku tu baik....tlg cek utk aku..

dia ckp mmg salah lawyer...sbb dia pun heran. sepatutnya kes ni lame dah settle sbb aku nyer half payment tu

early sept...ni  november...dlm sebulan la....org bank tu siap ckp sorry pasal introduce aku kat lawyer ni..

dia baru dpt surat utk bank dr lawyer aku smlm...makne nyer smlm aku marah, smlm la terheg2h nakbuat..

aku tak kira....esok lusa aku lodge report kat bar council.....rugi duit aku byr installment bulan ni...

biasek la legal firm nih...kekadang kerani2 bahagian convencying nih belagak mcm bos....mengalahkan lawyer tau...buat keje sume last minit....base on experience aku la keje ngan legal firm dulu, walaupon bukan satu department ngan aku....

tak sure pulak pasal bayaran tapi kalau nk lodge complain better datang terus ke opis bar council ni..takut kalau antar email diorang 'terlepas pandang' jer...

Hmmm...sub-sale eh...biasanya klu property ada title ni klu xder masalah melanda 3bln da blh setel penjual dpt baki duit dr bank..merak br setel satu file ni haaa..ngam2 3bln tu pn sbb pembeli lambat apply bank loan,semua merak uruskn termasuk loan application dia.Klu property x der title / subject to consent maybe lambat sket.

Tp dr pembacaan merak, bank da pn released part of loan early sept kn? awat smp le ni nov x setel2 lg? TIDO gamaknye loyer tn. rmh tu.Wp clerk yg incharge tp as a loyer kita kena alert gak le, ke sama2 tido satu opis kot.

a'ah syabee..firm tu baru eh..kite tengok nama firm tu takde dlm legal direktori 2005 (dah ni je yg ade kat depan mata)
papehal pon loyer tu mmg kene btanggungjawab la.takkan sekali ketuk baru nk wat pastu wat perangai balik..itu mmg payah aaa...

dah buat surat dah kat bar councl..cc pd bank pasal bank nak baru nak hire law firm tu jd panel bank...

last sekali cc kat law firm tu...geram sungguh aku..
